"We're all set on Troys. We're low on Chads," Ms. Jenn told Ricky as he approached everyone. "You can read after the Gabriellas."
"I-I only studied the Troy scenes in the movie," Ricky told them.
"Troy would have arrived on time," Carlos argued.
"Actually, he was always late if you want to be accurate," Nadia spoke up, causing Carlos to arch an offended brow at her, and for Marcus to nudge her to tell her to shut up.
Ms. Jenn smiled uncomfortably and looked back towards Nini on the stage. "Okay, Nini, let's try this again."
"You got this, babe! Whoo!" EJ shouted loudly which caused Ms. Jenn to knock her coffee over on the controls that controlled the lights, and it ended up short circuiting everything.
"Nobody panic!" Ms. Jenn yelled.
"Look what you did, lover boy," Nadia said in annoyance, pushing EJ's back.
He looked over his shoulder at her, a glare on his face. "I was just being nice and supportive. Something you don't know how to do," he bit back, almost making Nadia stand up and kick him, but Marcus quickly grabbed her arm.
"Let's not do this now, okay?" he warned, and both Nadia and EJ sent one last sneer in each other's directions before he faced forward.
"Nini, let's wait for the lights to come back on. I don't want this to throw you," Ms. Jenn said, flipping through some pages.
"I'm not thrown," Nini replied after a moment. She then began to sing.

Ricky quickly reached for his phone and turn on the flashlight, pointing it at Nini for a substitute spotlight.

EJ then quickly got up from where he sitting and took his own phone and shined the flashlight on Nini, glancing over at Ricky angrily. Nini kept on singing as she looked between the two boys awkwardly, and Nadia fought down a laugh.
"Well, this just got interesting," Nadia commented, placing a finger over her mouth to stop her laughter.
"You wanted this to happen, didn't you? To make EJ mad?" Marcus whispered to her.
"How was I supposed to know that Ricky would do this?" she asked, putting up an act. "We aren't friends."
"Yeah, but I know you, and you scare people into doing things," he said but Nadia just shook her head, listening to the end of the Nini's song.
