Chapter 23 - The Plan

Eito walked in through the door and swapped his shoes. "Anyone home? Because I am." He called as he put down his bag and hung up his blazer on a coat hook. Then walked to the kitchen. 

"Good afternoon Sir. Just a few minutes." Replied Makia as he was busy getting food in order for dinner in a short time.

"Five plates?" Asked Eito.

"Master (FN) asked for me to join as including us will make five. We have guests." Makia let his boss figure that one out as he was getting the finishing touches.

"Five." Eito stopped to think. There are five sisters. But Makia is joining us which is rare. Then me and (FN). So who are the two guests? His girlfriend and one of the sisters? Or is there someone I am missing from the equation?

There was a knock at the door. This is when everything was going to chance. For better or for worse.

Fuutaro was writing things down to get everything in order. Counting numbers and getting a plan together. There was a few things to get together, but at least there was a big picture. And with a billionaire yen businessman, how much risk was there really? A lot for a guy like Fuutaro that was just graduating high school. But not for his classmate with a rich father and the guts and confidence to stand up to his father. 

"So Jahanti huh?" Asked Fuutaro to (FN).

"JUI has everything me and you need. In the city here. I got a free ride. I'm sure you'll get it. Then the café you know the three of us can handle some of it. This will help all of us. And we can get some help. Who knows. One of the other girls might too. Who knows." (FN) smiled and looked over to Miku. "So, anything on your mind Kiri?"

"I can't thank you enough. It makes me less nervous for what's next. And I think Nino might like this too. I'll ask her."

"Hello everyone. I bring company." (FN) walked in nodded to his two guests. 

This was going to be the act of courage to change it all. The futures of three soon to be high school students, a girl's confidence, a boy's family being, and another boy's path to show his father that his only child was taught well despite all of the obstacles. Whether that's women, gaming, working hard, and what he wants to do. He's doing it. Now to show this to his father and see how he reacts. 

"Son?" Eito looked over seeing him with a boy and a girl coming to the kitchen.

"Dad, this is Miku. This is the girl I was telling you about. And this is our friend Fuutaro. He's been tutoring Miku and her sisters this whole year making sure their grades are up do they can graduate. I know there is not much time for all of this but I had a plan going forward to bring it all in starting in a few months."

"Everyone have a seat and make yourselves at home. What do you got Son? You're not going cross country exploring yourself like an American teenaged girl right?" Eito chuckled.

"A business plan and what happens going forward." (FN) laid the papers in front of him as he took his seat. 

"Miku, Fuutaro. My pleasure. And Miku, like I said you are always welcome here. So what do we have here?" Eito saw a stack of papers he didn't recognize. Then he saw on the top page was an acceptance letter. "Woah. Timeout. You have a school in mind? This a party or what?"

(FN) chuckled. "Well, another time. We'll head down to Healing Dragon as the five of us. But keep going."

Eito shuffled through another acceptance letter to the same school and then a job application. Afterwards was a business proposal, a location, and then the bottom dollar. "Son? What exactly is on your mind?"

"Let's buy the location Fuutaro has and let the three of us run it while two of us are at JUI." (FN) looked over at Miku and smiled. "The café is a little different. But I will hope to make this a success for all of us."

Eito laughed. "You know one day I was going to say spend my money trying risks now while I'm alive. I just didn't think it would be before graduating high school like this. Mind you I said risk and not waste. I know you work. You wouldn't bring two people to our table if you didn't believe in them or we couldn't work with them. So I'm all ears. I got the numbers and they look good. There's two students ranked top ten at this table. Now I want to hear it from you. The heart. What do you got?"

Fuutaro nodded at (FN). Then looked to Eito. "Sir my name is Fuutaro. My mother bought a restaurant a few years ago and shortly after was diagnosed with illness. My family has still been in debt with the location. He inquired on a purchase and I will work on the books while we both go to JUI. How about that for an idea? What's your thoughts?"

Eito smiled. "Business idea while going to school. Work hard to get it where you want. Okay. I'll review it."

Malia was serving plates to everyone. "However, dinner is first."

"Couldn't say it better myself Makia." Amazing to have him here. Wouldn't get this far without him. This is great. Only a matter of time before this is a lock. Don't want it any other way. Thanks Makia. Going to have to thank you properly tonight. You're the grandfather I've never had.

Miku looked over at (FN). Oh Valor. What can't you do? This is like a cakewalk boss battle for you. And in IRL you are changing everyone's lives. Something I've never done all of these years.
