Despite the fact that some guests were watching, Jade ran out of the hotel and gave Sapphire her hand bag. She collected it and hit him hard with it on his face, he fright a little.
Meanwhile, Miss Barbara and Mr. George were peeping through the decorative flowers standing by the corner of the hotel.
"Is that woman a mermaid or something? How can she hit our boss so hard and he haven't ripped her head apart?" She wondered.
"Is that really our CEO over there?" Mr. Tim stretched his neck forward and widened his eyes to see clearly. Watching the cat and rat fight between them was unbelievable.
"I can't believe my eyes. He's going after her like, for real?" It looked as if Miss Barbara wished she was the one in her position.
"Me too. I feel like we've been really busy as of late." Mr. George replied.

Like a lioness being deprived from feeding on it's prey. Sapphire turned to Jade.
"What do you want, again? I made it crystal clear with her that I'm not into you!" She pointed out. Tired of he and Chloe causing any more drama. Sapphire faced him and continued.
"What do you mean? You should have drawn a line with her much earlier. You should have made her understand, better. Why did you make me bare witness to your arguments? It makes me look so petty. You just stood there watching me as if I'm one crazy bitch. As if I was the one running around with a lawyer and contact!""What's the problem?" He asked, calmly.
"That's the problem?!" She hissed at him... Trying to calm herself, down.
"So... I plan to do something now." He moved closer, staring at her eyes intensely. Feeling guilty.
"Do what?" She raised an eyebrow at him and took a step back.
"My grandfather wants to invite you to the company's anniversary party."
"A company's anniversary party?" She asked once again.
"What do you want to do? You decide, Fire." He held her closer as they shared an eye contact.
"Do you want to go with me?""Won't there be lots of other people there and the media?"
"Yes." Jade nodded positively at her question.
She looked confused for awhile, with her hand scratched the back of her neck.
"Um, fine. We'll just go separately. And... don't you dare act like you know me, Mr. CEO!"
"What?"
"There would be an awful lot of people who'll attend. But the only people who would recognize me are you and your cousin. Oh, and Chloe too along side your Aunt. In case all you need to do is pretend not to know me."
"Does that makes any sense?"
"Why not?"
"You don't expect me to actually stand empty handed when you're my date. Aren't we dating?"
"Yeah.. this is better than complicating things later after the rumours have spread. All I need to do is to meet the chairman, and ask him why he's doing this to me."
"One thing for sure. Grandpa knows you, Fire. And he said that you two have met before." Jade emphasized.
"What?" Sapphire quirked an eyebrow at him.
Jade walked closer to her, barely an inch in between them.
"So... Why don't you come clean now and tell me. What's the relationship between you two?"
