Antigua And Barbuda Island3 Days After Wedding
The newly wedded couple gazed at the sunset for a minute. Sapphire stared at the rosy clouds and commented, “It looks like I can just pluck the clouds out of the sky and eat them. Don’t they look like cotton candy?”
“I love the way you think.” Jade laughed.
Sapphire sighed, stretching her arms above her head and then placed them behind her back on the soft mossy ground. With this, she leaned on her elbows, and then, eventually, lied down completely. Later on, Sapphire folded her hands behind her head and watch the last of the sun’s rays disappear below the horizon. The first stars peek out from the black curtain sweeping above their heads and the light of the full moon. There aren’t any craters or bruises — just a polished sphere of white looking down at the both of them.
Sapphire glanced at Jade, surprised to realize that he was looking at her.
Or her lips.
“Is something wrong?” she asked. “What are you looking at, exactly?” She whispered in his ears, but it sounded seductive.“At something,” he agreed, staring at her with something in his eyes that she hadn’t seen before.
Sapphire couldn’t help but feel a little nervous. “Is something wrong?” her voice raised a little louder as she sat up.
Jade didn’t reply, instead leaned in closer. He laid down next to her and propped up by his elbow. His face was only a hair’s breadth away from Sapphire’s. She turned to look at him and he pressed forward. He kissed her, lightly.
Sapphire had known in her heart all along that he loved her. And now it hit her full force now, that she would never get tired of him, no matter what. His hand crept up her spine, pulling her closer till their forehead meets. Jade’s hand rested on her little curvy hip and behind her neck. His lips opened up to hers. Trembling, she obeyed.
Sapphire almost couldn’t breathe as his roving hands swept up her hips. She knew she wanted to kiss him back. She wanted to as well, but she was so shocked that her eagerness was completely immobilized.
He pulled away. “Kiss me,” he whispered softly into her ears. Like the touch of a butterfly on a flower.
Sapphire gently closed her eyes and pressed her lips to his. Soft and moist, her hand ran through his dark hair. She felt a tremor go through his body before he wrapped his arm around hers in hot Love and passion.
Jade slide his body on top of hers, bracing himself with his elbows so she doesn’t get the full brunt of his weight. He kissed her harder, almost aggressively. His mouth opened hers. Sapphire swiveled her head back and forth, mapping out Jade’s inviting lips. It wrapped her up in the kiss and didn’t want it to stop.
Jade’s hands clutched her forearms, preventing her from moving. His arms stopped carrying so much of the weight and he pushed down on Sapphire. He ran his fingers through her soft auburn hair. She couldn’t breathe fluently. So, her body pushed off of the ground and he slid his body off of Sapphire’s.
His lips parted with hers and they both panted heavily.
Then Sapphire scooted closer. She hadn’t been this close to anyone before, and it made her feel safe. Sapphire kissed him gently, nothing fancy. In a swift, she stood up, noticing that it’s already dusk. Jade did the same.“Where are you going, now, love bird?!” He asked, turning his back at her.
“Let’s continue inside.” She replied to him. “Catch me if you can!” She ran faster towards their mansion. It felt so peaceful and beautiful.
