The fire was crackling in the
fireplace giving off a warm cozy atmosphere in the small cottage,
especially since the sun had set already.

It was almost December so the temperatures had dropped low
and rain and storms were often making the decision easy whether
to spend the day inside or not.

Seungmin was laying on his back
on their bed, his eyes closed as he listened to the rain hitting the window and the roof while he let
his fingers wander through Hyunjin's
long white hair strands.

The alpha was resting beside him,
his head laying on the younger's exposed tummy as he watched his love with sparkling eyes,
humming softly as he
got petted.

From time to time he left small
kisses on the soft skin under him,
feeling just so happy and comfortable laying there with his Seungmin and their little baby.

"Hey little puppy"

Hyunjin cooed as he traced
his finger tips over the younger's tummy making Seungmin smile,
his alpha was just so cute and so gentle when it came to him and especially now to their baby.

The brunette knew that his alpha
had always loved and wanted kids and he was over the moon now
that they were really having a
baby together.

"I'm so happy you're here pup,
grow well and healthily, okay?
Daddy loves you so much.
I'm glad your papa is taking such
good care of you"

The alpha smiled as he rested
his cheek on the warm skin and his hand right above Seungmin's navel,
wanting to be as close as possible
to their puppy.

"Jinnie?"

"Yes Minnie?"

Hyunjin frowned when his
mate blushed softly, not answering
as he desperately tried to overcome his sudden shyness.

He knew it wasn't anything to be embarrassed about and especially
his alpha wouldn't judge him,
still he couldn't help but
whine softly.

"I- I don't want to be papa,
I want to be a mama"

he mumbled quietly while
cupping his warm blushy cheeks making Hyunjin smile widely.

Seungmin was just too adorable.

"Of course love, you're so precious.
Did you hear that baby?
Your mama is taking such great
care of you, he's definitely the best."

"Jinnie~"

"No, don't be shy Minnie.
You are taking such good care of our
baby and the pup knows that.
There is no better mama than you
and I'm happy it's you, I truly am.
I love you so much."

The brunette only smiled shyly,
his hand cupping Hyunjin's cheek
as he caressed the soft skin gently with his thumb.

"I love you too."

A comfortable silence settled in
the room, both deeply occupied
by their own thoughts and still without knowing they were
thinking about the same.

The same little someone,
their tiny baby.

"I can't believe Rosie will get a cousin when she'll be not even one.
Felix will freak out."

"But she'll have a playmate!
She, Minho's and Jisung's and
our baby will be almost the same
age so they can grow up together.
That's so cute."

"It is, you're right.
I'm glad they can grow up together.
Baby will never be lonely then."

"They never will,
we'll always be there.
Right pup?"

Hyunjin giggled and pressed a
few kisses on his omega's tummy making the other laugh as well,
the younger was really ticklish
and the blonde knew that too well.

"Stop it please, the baby is ticklish-"

"Oh the baby?
Or are you saying you're my baby?
Because you are~"

The alpha chuckled,
leaving another few kisses
right above Seungmin's navel.

"I can't wait for the little one
to grow more, I'm so excited Minnie."

"I know Jinnie, me too.
Me too. Everything still feels so unreal, I can't believe we're
having a pup together.
And they're already right here"

Seungmin placed his hand on Hyunjin's, which was resting on
his tummy.

"Yeah."

So much had happened these
past weeks, actually months.

And the omega didn't know what
to think about all these changes,
his once completely normal prince life had turned into a chaos,
a beautiful mess.

But he wasn't entirely sad,
he was with his alpha so he knew
it'd be okay.

When he was with Hyunjin,
everything was alright.
