scott : even after he became his own anchor scott found out that through it all his anchor was keeping his mum safe
stiles : his dad , even though stiles is no supernatural we know he suffers with anxiety and panic attacks , so his anchor would be the man he knew he could count on
liam : he tried to tell you his anchor was music , then anger , then hayden but he failed to realise everytime he wolfed out he had you or could hear your heartbeat in the distance, he kept fighting for you
isaac : when the good memories of his father don't work out when in paris (can u come back pls isaac wmy baby) the memories of the pack and the love he got from them mccalls keep him anchored
theo : thiam moment when no one believed in theo , that he could be good , one person did ; liam
derek : anger , pain , grief it's all the same until someone he cares about is hurt, before he left he looked at stiles to wonder if maybe he could do this with out his anchor
