*Regina's POV**time lapse-19 days*
I woke up and stared at the ceiling. I laid my hand on my pregnant stomach. I let out a sigh and rubbed it. I've gained another 5 pounds in the past 19 days. I've gained 15 pounds. I'm a little over 2 and a half months pregnant. When Emma was pregnant with Henry, she gained 25 pounds at most. I have another 7 and a half months of pregnancy. I'm going to gain more than she did. I looked at my alarm clock and saw it was 9:15. Emma's still asleep. That's not normal for her... But I don't want to wake her. I looked at the window, but the curtains were drawn. Instead of getting up and opening them, I used magic. I flipped my hand and the curtain swished open. I smiled at the cloudy sky. It had a nice look. Not too sunny. It's going to snow later. I can sense it. I let out another sigh, but didn't move. I want Emma to wake up, but I don't want to wake her up. Then, my stomach began hurting. I felt bile rise to my throat and I quickly ripped myself from the bed, running to the bathroom.
*Emma's POV*
I woke up at 10. I looked at the empty side of the bed. I raised an eyebrow. The sheets were cold. I sat up and saw the bathroom light was on. I stood up and walked over to the bathroom. I knocked on the door. "Gina?" I asked. I pressed my ear to the door and heard throwing up. I opened the door and saw Gina leaning over the toilet, throwing up. "Shit." I said and quickly walked over, then held her hair back. I sat down in the floor behind her. After 15 minutes, she stopped. Then, leaned against me. I let go of her hair and wrapped my arms around her. "How long?" I asked. "Since 9:15." She said quietly. "Gina. Why didn't you wake me up? It's been an hour." I asked and swayed lightly. "I didn't want to bother you..." She whispered. I sighed. "You're never a bother darling." I said. She let out a sigh. "I love you." She said. I smiled. "I love you too honey." I said. "Feeling better?" I asked. She nodded. "Do you want some sprite?" I asked. "Yeah." She said quietly. I smiled. "Come on. Let's get you back to bed." I said. She nodded and we both stood up. She walked out of the bathroom and walked to our bed. She sat down and leaned against the headboard. I smiled, then walked downstairs. Henry was in the kitchen. I walked to the fridge and pulled out a bottle of sprite. He raised an eyebrow. "Is mom sick again?" He asked. I nodded. This is the third time this week that the morning sickness made her throw up. He frowned. "Is she okay?" He asked. I smiled at the eleven year old. "Yeah kid. She's okay." I said. He nodded and I walked back upstairs. I handed Gina the bottle of sprite and she smiled. "Thanks dear." she said as I sat down on the bed and put my arm around her. I smiled. "No problem, my love." I said. She smiled and leaned her head against my chest. I kissed the top of her head, then she turned on Friends. I smiled. "Can we take a bubble bath?" She asked quietly. I smiled. "Of course dear." I said. She smiled. "Hold on. Let me check on Henry." I said. "I'm going ahead. Meet me." She said and stood up. I smiled and nodded. I walked out of the room and pulled the door closed behind me.
*Regina's POV*
Emma left the room and I walked to the bathroom. I grabbed two towels and set them on the cabinet by the sink. I started the water and let it get warm. I poured the soap in and watched the tub fill up. I stripped my clothes off and turned the water off. I climbed in the tub. I leaned against the back of it and closed my eyes. I let out a relieved sigh and let the warm water soothe my tired muscles. After about 10 minutes, Emma came in. I opened one eye and she was stripping away her clothes. I opened my other eye and smiled. She got in the tub beside me and wrapped her arms around me. I nuzzled my head into the crook of her neck and smiled. "Regina, I love you." She said. "I love you too, dear." I said and kissed her neck lightly. She began rubbing my back, soothingly and I smiled again. "This is nice." She said. "Just the three of us." She said. "What do you mean?" I asked quietly. "I mean, you, me and the baby." Emma said. I smiled again. "You're right dear." I said. She chuckled lightly. "So, you know how much I love you. Right?" I said. She kissed my head. "I do. I love you too darling." She said. I smiled. "Emma.. I'm sorry I was throwing up." I said quietly. "Don't worry about it dear." She said. I chuckled. "Happy anniversary, dear." I said. "Happy anniversary to you too, my love." she said. I smiled. "You mean the world to me." I said quietly. "You are my world." Emma said. I smiled again. The water got cold after awhile, so we got out and wrapped ourselves in our towels. Emma kissed me lightly and I smiled. I put on yoga pants and a hoodie. Emma put on sweatpants and a tank top. I smiled and sat down on the bed. "Do you want to go out tonight?" I asked. "Do you feel up to it?" She asked and put her arm around my shoulders. "Sure dear." I said and smiled. "We can go to that fancy Italian restaurant." Emma said. I smiled again. "I'm up for it." I said. "And maybe a walk around the lake." She said. "Okay dear." I said and kissed her cheek. "Can you believe we've been married for a year?" She asked. "Nope, but I'm happy we have been." I said. She chuckled. "I love you so much." She said. I smiled. "I love you too Em." I said and nuzzled into the crook of her neck. We watched Friends until about 11:30, then Henry came in. "Moms... I'm hungry." He said. Emma smiled. "Wanna go to Granny's?" She asked. He smiled and nodded. "Alright. Go wait downstairs. Be right there kid." She said. He turned around and ran out of the room. She smiled and looked at me. "You can go without me." I said. She frowned a little. "Want me to bring you something?" She asked. I shrugged. "If you want to." I said. She smiled. She changed her sweatpants for jeans and then put her red leather jacket on over her white tank top. She put on a pair of riding boots and walked back over to the bed. She leaned her forehead against mine and I smiled. "We'll be back soon. Okay?" She said. I nodded. She quickly captured my lips in hers and kissed me, greedily. I smiled into it. When she pulled away, I frowned a little. "Don't worry. I'll make it up to you." She said. I smiled and she gave me a peck on the lips. I pulled the blanket over me when she moved away and she chuckled lightly. I turned on Friends again and she smiled. "I love you." I said. She smiled again. "I love you too darling." She said. I chuckled and she walked out. I watched Friends for awhile, then around noon, my phone began ringing. "Hello?" I said without checking to see who it was. "Hey!" The voice shouted. "Hello. Wolfy." I said. I haven't talked to her since the night we went out with them and she called me fat. "Gosh Regina. Are you still mad?" She asked. "Yes. I'm pissed." I said. "I'm sorry I called you fat and I'm sorry I called you the evil queen. I know you're not evil." She said. "Well, sorry doesn't cut it Red." I said. I heard her release a heavy sigh. "Look, Tink broke up with me that night. Because of how I treated you. I think I've been punished enough. She was my world and she's disgusted with me." She said. I almost felt bad for her. Almost. "Well, you should've thought about that before you were a bitch." I said. "I-I'm sorry Regina. I don't know what else to do." She said. "Figure it out." I said and hung up. I laid my phone on the nightstand. A few minutes later, my phone began ringing again. Out of area? Who could this be? "Hello?" I asked. "Regina?" A mans voice said. "Y-yes?" I asked. "It's Graham." He said. "Y-yes. I know." I stuttered. "I miss you..." He said. "Graham..." I said. He sighed. "Regina please." He said. "Graham, you told me to trust you and I was stupid enough to do it. I took down my wall. Then you left, with no goodbye or explanation. I was left, re-stacking that wall, ten times higher. Because never again, will I let someone in; to be left heartbroken. Sad. Alone." I said, with tears falling from my eyes. "Graham, my life revolved around you. I loved you. I never wanted to admit it. But I did. Okay? Graham, you said you 'felt nothing'. That shattered my heart. Henry loved you like you were his father. You were his father figure. And you left. You left both of us. Graham, no matter anything you say, I will not be able to forgive you for that." I said with a wavering voice. "R-Regina, I'm so sorry." He said. "Me too." I said. "Are you in love?" He asked. "Yes. I'm in love with my true love. Emma. We got married. We have the truest love. That's the strongest magic. I'm pregnant. From Emma. Okay? This is my life, huntsman." I said. He let out a sigh. "Yes, your majesty." He said. I hung up and the tears fell, streaking my face. "This isn't fair." I said to no one, tears still streaming from my eyes. I couldn't stop crying. I pulled out my phone and quickly started typing a text. "One cut for the night I stood alone, one for the night I cried so hard I couldn't breathe, one for the night I prayed that you would come back to me. Of course, one for the night that you never looked back." I typed, tears pouring from my eyes. I sent the text and waited. Thinking of the times I had shredded my skin over this man. My phone beeped, a new text. "Regina, I'm so sorry." It read. I laughed a short laugh and shook my head. Tears still streaming from my eyes. Then, my phone rang again. It's him. "What." I said. "Regina... Can we just talk." He said. "Graham... When I saw you, everything came flooding back. You looked good. I remembered that you used to be mine. I remembered all of the memories we shared together. All of the times we laughed and were happy. I remembered when you held me in your arms and we wouldn't speak, just comforting each other. I remembered how you would comfort me when I cried. I remembered the times we'd just look into each other's eyes. I remembered the way you'd make me smile, even if I was feeling like absolute shit. And I remembered that you meant the world to me. And all I used to want was for you to love me like I loved you. But now? I'm with Emma. Emma knows how much I love her and she loves me the same, maybe more. You never loved me like she does. You never loved me Graham." I said in a quiet voice. Tears spilling over my eyes in a constant flow. "Regina, what do you want me to say? Do you want me to lie and say that I did love you? I didn't, but I do now. Regina, I do. I miss you. I want you back. I love you. I don't care if you are married. I miss you. The past year has been hell. The first year after I left was too. When I saw you last Christmas, I remembered how much I love you. Emma may love you, but she can never give you all that I can." He said. I scoffed. "What can you give me that she can't? Broken and empty promises? Lies? Emma has never broken a promise to me. She has never given me an empty promise. She has never lied to me. She actually loves me." I said with an unsteady voice. "Regina, I can give you an actual baby that can be ours. Not one that was created through magic." He said. "Do you not get it? This baby is mine and Emma's. Truest love is what created this baby. Emma loves me. Emma knows every little thing about me. She has loved me through the good and the bad. Something that you didn't do. You cannot love me. No matter how hard you try to force yourself. You can't Graham." I said. "Regina. Our love could be real." He said. I rolled my eyes and tears continued falling. "Mine and Emma's love is real. I have to go." I said. "Goodbye, your majesty." He said. "Goodbye. Huntsman." I said and hung up. I laid my phone on the nightstand and pulled the comforter and blankets over my head. I sobbed to myself. Emma and Henry would be home soon. It's been over an hour. It's 1:15. I can't stop the tears. I heard the door open and I quickly began wiping my eyes. I pushed the blankets away from my head and saw Emma. She smiled. "You okay?" She asked. I nodded. "Have you been crying?" She asked. "Yeah.. I uh... Ruby called. And Uh.. I got upset." I said, keeping part of the truth from her. "I'm sorry baby." She said and frowned. I shook my head. "It's okay. I'm fine." I said and smiled weakly. She shook her head and walked over. She sat down beside me and wrapped her arm around my shoulders. I smiled as she pulled me into her embrace. "I love you." She said quietly. "I love you too." I said with a smile. "So, how about we head to dinner around 5:45?" She asked and played with a strand of my hair. I smiled. "Sounds good darling." I said and looked at her. She gave me a peck on the lips and when she pulled away, I grabbed her coat collar, pulling her back to me. "You said you'd make it up to me." I said, seductively. Emma smirked and looked at my lips. "It's a little early... Don't you think?" She said. I looked from her lips to her eyes. "Kiss me." I growled. She lifted half of her mouth into a crooked grin. She leaned in and kissed me, hungrily. I put my hand on the back of her neck and got lost in the kiss. She put her hands on my waist and pulled me onto her lap and I tangled my hands into her long mess of blonde hair. She swiped her tongue across my bottom lip and I parted my lips. Her tongue entered almost immediately and moved in sync with mine. She moved her hands to my butt and squeezed it a little. I released a deep throaty moan and Emma squeezed a little harder. She moved her lips from my mouth to my neck. She left hot kisses from my jaw line to my collarbone and everywhere in between. I threw my head back as I felt her teeth graze against the tender skin on my collar bone. She gently nipped at it and I gave a breathy moan. She sucked on it gently and my breathing hitched a little. "Em... Mmm" I moaned. She sucked harder and she nipped at it. I moaned again and then I felt Emma tracing the spot she bit, with her tongue. She kissed it gently, then moved her lips back to mine. She bit my bottom lip and sucked on it. She released it and kissed me gently. She pulled away and we were both out of breath. "E-Emma.." I said quietly. She leaned down and kissed my stomach. I smiled and a tear dripped down my cheek. She looked up and wiped it away. "Why are you crying?" She asked quietly. I shook my head. "I just love you so much. I don't know how you fell in love with me or- or how you even managed to stick around even after you knew I was the evil queen. But I am so glad you did because Emma, I love you so damn much and this baby-" I said and put my hand on my stomach. "This baby is going to be so lucky to have you as a mother." I said as another tear fell from my eye. She wiped it away and kissed me gently. She pulled away and looked me in the eyes. Those beautiful green eyes, staring at me, full of love. "Regina, you are so amazing. I love you to the moon and back. Even more than that. You may not know it, but you are the only person I've ever been able to picture a future with. With Henry's father, I knew I would probably never have a future with him. But I got caught up in the moment and the idea of him loving me. But you... I knew from the moment you first asked me to stay. I could see a future. And Regina, you are the only person I will ever love other than Henry and our little baby." She said and put her hand back on my stomach. I smiled. "I love you." I said quietly. "I love you too." She said and gave me a small peck on the lips. She put her hands on my butt and I smiled. "So. Your lunch is on the counter downstairs. Grilled cheese. Just like you like. And a coke." She said. I chuckled. Grilled cheese from Granny's has become a favorite of mine. I guess it's the baby? We stood up and walked downstairs. Henry was sitting in the kitchen, on one of the barstools, at the kitchen island. He smiled at me. "You feeling better mom?" He asked. I nodded. "I am kid." I said. He smiled and went back to something on his phone. I took a sip of my coke and smiled as Emma handed me the grilled cheese. I took the Saran Wrap off of it and took a bite. After I finished it, Emma smiled at me. "So, Hen. Tonight, we're going out for our anniversary. Do you want to go to Zelena's house to stay with grandma Cora and Zelena, or to Snow and David's house?" Emma asked and looked at him. He smiled sheepishly. "Can I stay here?" He asked. I raised an eyebrow. "By yourself?" Emma asked. He nodded. "Well, I guess. But, I will have Zelena or grandma come check in on you. Okay?" She asked. He nodded excitedly. I smiled at the boy, who was not so little anymore. "So, it's two o'clock. What should we do until 5:45?" Emma asked. Henry left the room, probably to the family room. "I don't know.. What do you want to do, dear?" I asked. She shrugged, then I heard my phone ringing. I sighed and began to stand up. "No no. I'll get it." Emma said. I smiled. "Thanks baby." I said. She nodded and ran up the stairs. She came back down the stairs, the phone silent. "It was out of area. I answered. Some guy." She said and handed me my phone. I nodded and took the phone. "Hello?" I said. "Regina.. I'm in Storybrooke. I want to see you. Please." He said. I closed my eyes. "Alright. And?" I said. "Meet me by the gazebo. 10 minutes?" He said. "Yes. Of course. Good bye." I said and hung up. "One of Henry's friends parents." I said and set the phone down. She nodded. "I'm going to go for a run. I'll be back in a bit." I said. She nodded again and I grabbed my phone, and walked upstairs. I changed into yoga pants, a hoodie and Free Runs. I ran my hands through my hair and sighed. I put my phone in my hoodie pocket and walked down the stairs. I kissed Emma and walked to the door. I walked out, then flashed myself to the lake. I walked to the gazebo. I'm 5 minutes late and he's not here. I raised an eyebrow. I sat down on the bench, waiting. After another 5 minutes, he ran up. "Sorry I'm late." He said through his Scottish accent. "It's fine." I said. "Why'd you want to see me?" I asked. "Regina, I miss you." He said. I shook my head. "Why are you in Storybrooke?" I asked. He sighed. "After talking to you, I had to see you." He said. I laughed bitterly and he looked at me. "Reg, I love you." He said. I shook my head. "You had the chance, huntsman. Maybe you should leave." I said. He sighed. "Please." He said and grabbed my hand. I tensed up. "I'm sorry I ever hit you. I'm sorry I ever called you names. I'm sorry. I love you." He said. I shook my head. "You said you felt nothing, took it out on me, then just up and left. That's unforgettable." I said. He sighed. "I'm sorry." He said. I shook my head and he sighed. "Just leave. Goodbye huntsman." I said. He nodded and walked off. I rubbed my face and sat down again. It's been 30 minutes. I have to kill at least another 15 minutes. It's 2:30. I guess I could walk home. I started walking and got home around 3. I walked in and Emma smiled brightly. "I'm going to shower, then I'm going to start getting ready." I said and kissed her head. She smiled and nodded. I walked upstairs and took off my clothes, then got in the shower. When I got out, I dried my hair and walked to the closet. I pulled out a black dress and put it on. It was a little tight, but not bad. We still haven't told anyone about the baby. Zelena and Henry are the only ones who know. I put on a reddish pink cardigan sweater and smiled. I put on light makeup and grabbed my red, 5 inch stilettos. I looked at my phone and it's 5:30. Emma walked in, wearing a tight pink dress and black platform stilettos. Her hair was curled. I raised an eyebrow. "Is that the dress you were wearing the day you came back?" I asked. She smiled. "Yep." She said. I smiled and walked over to her. In our heels, we were about the same height. I put my hands on her hips and she smiled. "Ready to go?" She asked. I smiled and nodded. She put on a black sweater and grabbed my hand. We walked down the stairs and to the family room where Henry was watching tv. "Bye kid. We'll see you later. Don't stay up too late." Emma said. He nodded and we walked out. We walked to Emma's car and she opened the passenger door for me. I smiled and got in. "Thanks dear." I said. She smiled and shut the door. She walked around and got in the driver's side. She drove to the Italian restaurant across town and smiled as we pulled up. We walked in and the hostess smiled. "Table for two?" She asked. Emma nodded and we were led to a table. When we sat down, she asked us about drinks. Emma ordered champagne for us and she walked away. "So, who actually called you earlier?" Emma asked and grabbed my hand, across the table. "No one important." I said. She raised an eyebrow. "You know you can tell me anything..." She said. I smiled weakly. "Uh.. It was Graham.." I said and she raised both of her eyebrows. Oh shit. What have I done.
