After his friends arrived, I wanted to leave but he insisted I'd stay for a while. Of course, not wanting to hurt their feelings, I agreed on staying for a bit longer.
All of them consoled Jeongguk and he felt better just when his hyungs are around him. We've chatted quiet a lot. Basically catching up after for god knows how long we haven't met each other.
All of them are in a relationship luckily. What am I kidding, of course they'd be in one since all of them are in their 20s after all. Well, except for Jeongguk that is.
I texted Jeonghan to ask whether Shua is doing well now or not and they said he is getting better for the time being. They brought him outside to rest his mind and of course I didn't mind. I also told Jihoon that I'll pick him up later.
"Sooooo, how's your love life going ???" Yoongi asked
"Hm ? Who ?" I tilted my head
"The wall behind you" said Yoongi
"Ha ha very funny oppa. Mine's quiet complicated" I shrugged
"Eh ?? In what way ?" Asked Jimin, curious
"I've been cheated on and dumped for more than 5 times, do you expect me to try again ??" I raised my eyebrow and they all had that "OH" face.
"Though I am married though" I said as I was texting Shua
"EH ????" All of them except for Jeongguk said in unison. Obviously shocked by that sudden news
"AND YOU DIDN'T INVITE US ?" Seokjin asked in disbelief
"It was an event between families. Heck I don't even invite my besties" I shrugged
"But to who though ?? You said you've given up ??" Taehyung asked
"Joshua Hong. A friend of my parents' business partner. An arranged marriage to be exact" I said to them
"Well that's something" said Namjoon
"I know" I continued on chatting with Shua through the phone.
"Wait, wasn't Joshua dating Ella ???" Hoseok asked
"You knew ?" I asked
"Well, everyone in the office knew" said Hoseok
He worked there ??? Oh wow I just knew
"Hyung, why didn't you tell me earlier ????" Jeongguk asked
"I didn't know you were dating her though. You could've told me" Hoseok sighed
"It has passed now. Let's not talk much about her" I said as I put my phone in my handbag
"I'll head home now. I gotta pick up Jihoon on the way so" I said as I stood up
"Take care !" said Hoseok with a smile
"I'll send you out" Jeongguk stood up
