I looked at the time and it's almost 6. I still have a lot to settle and it's quite exhausting. Usually when Sophia's around, everything would get settled in an instant, but I can't always depend on her. On top of that, she no longer works here and our majors are different now

"Mr Hong, I've finished the paperwork that you've given me earlier" my new assistant, Eunji handed in the paperworks I've given earlier.

Ah I have another thing to check now oh lord. This is, A LOT.

"Ah, that was all right ?? You are dismissed now" I said to her and she thanked me. She left shortly after and I focused on work.

Before I even know it, it was already 9 PM

Oh gosh, Sophia must've been waiting for me... But I can't ditch any of these now and I still have a lot to go through.

It was then somebody knocked onto my door which caused me to sigh. Someone who'd submit another paperworks or what ?

"Come in" I ordered

The door opened revealing Sophia, which surprised me.

"S-Sophia what are you doing here ?" I asked as I was really surprised upon seeing her here

"Well I have to make sure my husband eats his dinner and finish his works on time" said Sophia with a smile, holding up a lunchbox.

She came all the way from home just to make sure I've eaten ? Well this is something new even for me. I mean, I'm happy she's considerate, but I don't think she had to sacrifice her time just to make sure I am doing well....

"Sophia, I can eat whenever I can but at the moment I'm really busy---"

"That's why I decided to help out with works too. You should take a rest for a bit and I'll take care of it for a while okay ?" said Sophia as she placed down the lucnbox in front of me

"Eat your dinner first, then continue on your work" said Sophia as she took some of the paperworks that I had no time to check

"Sophia this is unnecessary of you ! You no longer work here, so there's no need to help me with this" I frowned

"Oh come on Shua. So you're telling me you want to stay here up until 1 to 2 AM just to settle this and goes back to work tomorrow to receive more stress ?" she raised her eyebrow and I was quiet

"As much as taking care of me is your job, taking care of you is also my job. So no matter what, I'm helping. Since I do know how to settle these type of works, it's better for me to help" said Sophia as she began to help me out

"Eat first and continue later" she scolded and I had no choice but to obey

I opened the lunchbox as I started on eating it. We did talk from time to time but I didn't want to start that much of conversation because I don't want to slow down any process right now

Right after I've finished eating, I went back to do my work and both of us were there for like 2 hours maybe ?

"Gosh, finally done" said Sophia as she stretches her arm above her head.

"Guess they really had to submit tons of works when I'm not around. I feel bad for you" she added as she rested her head on the table

"Tell me about it. I'm exhausted" I sighed

"Well let's go home now. We've settled everything so let's take a rest. You needed it" said Sophia with a smile as she got up from the chair

She then holds out her hand, asking for something. I looked at her in confusion.

"What is it ??" I asked

"Your car key. I'll be driving you home" said Sophia

"What ??? No no no, I'll be driving. You've done so much already !" I frowned

"Joshua, for once, let me treat you like how you've always treated me. I just want to repay your kindness." said Sophia

"Plus, I didn't really do anything today so it's kind of unfair that you're working hard and I'm just relaxing" she added

I was hesitant at first cause I don't really want to burdened her.

"Please ?" she pleaded and I couldn't help but sigh

I took out my car key and handed it to her. When I did so, she was smiling brightly. She just loves it when she could help out someone huh

"Did you go here by a taxi ??" I asked while we were on our to my car

"Yeah, since I want to drive you back home. You deserved to relax too" said Sophia as she entered the driver's seat after unlocking the door

I then entered the passenger seat beside hers.

"Aren't you tired though ??" I asked as I buckled up my seatbelt

"Not really. I didn't do much today other than bringing up my stuffs to my studio. Of course with tidying everything up after spending some time with the boys today" said Sophia as she buckled up her seatbelt

"Ah, no wonder" I said as I nodded

"You on the other hand are really busy with works" said Sophia as she laughed

"Yeah, suddenly there were tons of work submitted and my assistant isn't as fast as you" I chuckled

"She's just new I'm sure of it. She might get better so don't worry much. After all, people can improve" said Sophia with a smile as she started on driving

"You should take a nap whilst you can. I'll make sure we'd arrive back home safe and sound" said Sophia as she was focused on the road

"Thank you" I smiled

"You're most welcome Joshua" she responded

With that said, I closed my eyes and I dozed off after a while passed by. I guess I'm just really tired from working today.
