Abby didn't fall asleep that night. She was too into her next plan. She lay on her raggedy bed, staring at the ceiling.

Dylan was sleeping in the bed on the other side of the room.

She had to fulfill her plan before it drives her insane. She got up and quietly grabbed the stuff she'll need for her trip and quietly leaves the cabin.

She sneaks past the cabins in the camp, but before she was able to pass Mr. Grandpas' cabin, he opens the curtain.

Grandpa: ABBY what are you doing up?

Abby stops in her tracks.

Abby: uh...

Grandpa: you're not planning to leave the camp this late are you?

Abby: I mean.... um... well...

Grandpa: Abby you know the rules.

Abby: ... I know...

Grandpa: go back to your cabin.

Abby sighs deeply.

Abby: fine. I'm sorry.

Mr. Grandpa nods and goes back into his cabin.

Abby: ugh...

She sadly heads back to her cabin, feeling defeated that her plan didn't go so well.

Abby collapses onto her bed. She had the urge to cry but fought it.

Why can't she find Sarah?! Mr. Grandpa won't let her go farther away from the camp. That's why she can't. She could be farther away from here and she wouldn't be able to be there.

All because of him.

God... how can he be such a fool? No wonder we can't find them.

Oh well. It's time for her to sleep. Whether she wants to or not.

Abby wakes up feeling like crap. Which is every day.

She gets up out of bed and walks out of the cabin to see the camp around her.

Greg is fiddling with a plant, making sure it's healthy. It's hard to keep plants healthy because not much of the sun has been out for years.

Audrey (Pete's mom) was watering the plants, acting like nothing is wrong with the world.

Greg: wish the sun would be out more. Make the plants healthier.

Audrey: yes it would be nice... But we have to work with what we got right now.

Greg: right...

Greg grabs a watering can. They were almost out of water.

Greg: gonna have to tell the scavengers to get more water.

Audrey: almost out already?!

Greg: Yup!

He pours the remaining water on two plants until it ran out.

Lydia reads the list of the supplies they are assigned to collect.

Lydia: "beans... lettuce... nails... water..." jeez wish we had an unlimited supply of everything!

Lydia complained.

Tabitha: yes that'd be great!

Emma: shut up and let's get going!

Lydia: fiiiiiinne!

The beautifuls head to the nearby stores. Abandoned and dark. But yet supplies were always hidden there.

Lydia: ew things always gotta be gross.

Jillian sighs, searching for beans.

Jillian: they never specify what kind of beans the cook needs. Oh well.

Tabitha: why not take everything here?

Jillian: we don't have enough room to carry this much, Tabitha!

Tabitha: i don't know it'd be easier so we don't have to go back and forth.

Emma: that's not how it works.

Tabitha: whatever.

(Gross thing up ahead!)

Emma opens the freezers for water, but all the milk that was in the freezer... was spoiled. Emma gags. She immediately closes it.

Emma: EWWW!!

Jillian: ugh what is it, Emma?

Emma: I think I'm going to be sick...

Jillian: why?

Emma: the milk is spoiled!!

Jillian rolls her eyes.

Jillian: just have the medics give you something for that.

Emma: eww...

Tabitha: of course it's spoiled. Who knows how long this place has been abandoned!

Jillian: Tabitha are you helping or not?

Tabitha: whatever! Fine!

-

When the beautifuls got back, Emma went straight to the medics.

Oscar: oh hey, Emma!

Oswald's mom: what do you need help with?

Emma: nauseated... the milk at the store was spoiled.

Oscar: Okay, hang on.

Oscar goes to get the nausea medicine from the box of meds.

Oscar: hmm

He finds it and gives a cup of it to Emma.

Oscar: might taste gross, but it might help.

Emma: okay?

Emma takes the medicine.

Emma: ew!

Oscar: yeah... but you'll feel better. Just give it time.

Emma: Kay

Emma leaves the medics cabin to follow the beautifuls with the supplies.

Oscar sits down at his bed, waiting for someone to come in with a scratch or itching problem, which is common.

Oscar has no idea what happened to his friends. He hopes they're okay...

This is how life is at this camp. Everyone is sad and feels hopeless, even if they pretend the world hasn't gone the way it is now.

Things have changed.

And it's not planning to get any better.
