Chapter 5 - Date?

I'm holding my phone while looking at Yeji's number, it's been three months since I got this but I haven't done anything with it yet. It's a good thing we regularly see eachother on the building and talk to each other regularly, but still should I text her or something?.... I'm gonna do it and when I was just about to type something I got a call from someone.

???: Hello is this Lee Y/N?

Y/N: Uhmm yes, may I know who this is?

???: This is Park Jinyoung, I want you visit my office today at nine a.m. is that ok with you?

Y/N: Ohh PD-nim yes I'll be there at nine

JYP: Alright then don't be late *hangs up

Why is he calling me all of a sudden? Chan hyung said that if JYP calls me that either means i'm getting kicked out or I'll debut. But I've only been training for three months at this point. I knew it I'm gonna get kicked out, time to say goodbye to everyone then, and I'm gonna be saying my goodbyes to Yeji too. This will hurt alot.

I made my way to JYP's office and i looked at my phone, and it's exactly 9 a.m. I walked inside preparing for the worst. I was surprised to see four other guys there sitting together, this is pretty confusing I'll just have to wait for what PD-nim say

JYP: Y/N take a seat. So now that everyone's here, I want to announce to you guys that you will be debuting this year.

Huh? Did I hear that right? But I've only been here for three months, they already decide to debut me? Is he serious about this.

JYP: Since the five of you will be in the same group soon I want you guys to introduce your self to each other

???: Annyeonghaseyo, my name is Jake Ji, I'm 19 and I've been training for 5 years

Five years? Damn he must have went through alot, well I've seen him before already he's really good at singing and he'll probably be the leader since he has the longest training time.

???: Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Ryosuke Takahashi, I'm 19 and I've been training for 3 years

???: Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Bae Jaehyun I'm 18, and I've been training for 3 years too

???: Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Kim Hyojin, I'm 19 and I've been training for 4 years

Y/N: Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Lee Y/N, I'm 17 and I've been training for 3 months

Jake: Ehh? Daebak, you must be really good then

Y/N: Ehh not that much

JYP: I want you guys to get comfortable with each other as soon as possible, I'm gonna make a groupchat with the five of you in it ok? That's where I'll send the deatils and your postions

Yeji: So you finally texted to me huh

Y/N: I just wanna share a good news with you

Yeji: Really? What is it

Y/N: I'm gonna debut soon

Yeji: Ohh really? That's great I knew you could do it, and you've only started training recently too, you debuted really early compared to other trainees

Y/N: I guess so

What should I say next? Should I ask her out?

Y/N: Yeji-ah

Yeji: Hmm?

Y/N: Do you wann celebrate this with me?

Yeji: Yeah sure you have any plans?

Y/N: Do you maybe wanna go out with me?

Yeji: Like on a date?

Y/N: Sure if you wanna call it that

Yeji: Alright then when?

Y/N: Maybe tommorow at 5 p.m.?

Yeji: Sure, it's a date then

Y/N: Sure, don't be late ok?

Oh my god she actually accepted, I can't believe this, everything is just going great today.

Jake: What are you smiling about?

Y/N: Ohh you're here, it's nothing

Jake: Nothing my foot, I saw it, It's Yeji isn't it?

Y/N: You saw It?

Jake: Nope I just took a guess, I guess I was right *chuckles

Jake: Don't worry about it we're on the same group now so just tell me when you need help ok? Ohh and by the way can I get your number?

Y/N: Alright then Jake hyung, it's ××××××××××

Jake: Thanks, I gotta go now bye

Y/N: Bye hyung

Well I need to prepare for tommorow, because tommorow is finally the day I'm gonna go on my first date, and it's with Hwang Yeji of all people, I'm so happy right now.
