-meanwhile with the others, narrator's POV-

"So, we are all aware that V is a faerie, and a very powerful one at that." L stated and everyone nodded in agreement, "Therefore we need to make sure to keep V safe, as they most probably have royal fae blood." Everyone agreed except for J. "I get what you are saying but how can we be sure? For all we know they could just be a normal elemntal fae." He said. "I suppose there is no real way of telling. However, that was the first time they have ever used magic, yet they already mastered the basics and could do things that would normally take years for a faerie to learn. I think that's a better sign than anything that V is a royal." L replied. "That would make sense." Pat said. "Yeah, it makes sense because of that one prophecy!" the twins shouted in unison. "Prophecy? What prophecy?" L asked. "You never heard of the crystal fae prophecy?" the twins replied. "no? Also my family never believed in prophecies." L said. "Wait 'crystal fae prophecy' as in the one about like a fae born in the mortal realm on the 50 something blue moon?" Pat questioned "Yep! that's the one!" the twins responded. "My family knows a lot of prophecies but this one i haven't heard. Care to explain it?" J said quizzically. "Basically, it states that a powerful fae with crystal wings will be born in the mortal realm on the 57th blue moon and this fae will grow up to be the ruler of the fae realm." Prince said. "It also says that the fae will have some really long name, and that they'll be an orphan. It was very specific, which is unusual for a prophecy. It's almost like the author of this story didn't know how to write a prophecy and wanted to make it obvious that the prophecy was about the main character." Duke stated. {Ah yes, a casual forth wall break calling out my bad writing. Wonderful.} "What?" the others questioned. "what?" Duke replied. "you said something about an author and this being a story?" Pat asked. "No- totally not. You must be hearing things." Duke said dismissively. "Ok then." Pat said. "Does the prophecy say anything about actual events?" L asked. "uh- i dunno, but i doubt anything bad will happen even if the prophecy is true." Prince stated. "Alright then. I suppose we should get some sleep now." L said and everyone nodded in response. Then they all headed off to bed. Oh how wrong Prince was...the unfortunate events are just about to begin... Good luck V... {wow. ending on an ominous cliffhanger. wonderful. This'll be exciting.}
