Another important aspect in the Loonaverse is color. Remember every girl has a representative color; think of them as the physical manifestation of this color, and their goal is to spread their color and therefore help with the creation of the universe. With this in mind, let’s review color psychology, which dictates that different colors communicate different emotions.

- Recall that Heejin is God. So, as Heejin is creating the colors, she’s also bringing life and all the emotions it entails into the universe with it. Heejin created the primary colors (Hyunjin as yellow, Kim Lip as red, and
Jinsoul as blue), who were then able to create the other colors/members by combining. Complementary colors (colors opposite each other on the color wheel) also come up in LOONA lore. Why is Hyunjin, the third primary color, not in Middle Earth with the other Odd Eye girls? Why is Olivia Hye, whose color is gray, the only one on the greyscale (no color)?
