The Departed Realm was much cooler than usual. Morro assumed that even though time never passed in the Departed Realm, it was clear that the temperature does. Morro wasn't freezing. It felt more like autumn. He notices a tree that was never there before.
"You see that tree?" Wrayth said nudging him
"Of course I see it!What?Do you think I'm blind?!" Morro whisper-yelled
"Well maybe if you were blond, had green eyes, and a terrible social life—" Wrayth said before being elbowed
"Shut.The.Fuck Up." Morro said with a hair toss.
Bansha and Soul Archer snickered behind them.
Ghoultar was confused and decided to stay silent.
"Dude, get your hair out of my face." Wrayth complained.
Morro rolled his eyes. Like he would do it. It's not his face.
After pushing Morro's hair out of his face. Wrayth looked up at the tree in the center of the Departed Realm.
"What the big deal with the tree? I mean it's just a tree isn't it?" Soul Archer said.
"This tree is called the Mysteria Tree, nicknamed Phantom Tree." Wrayth said
"Dude. You have a girlfriend named Ivy and you know the name of a tree? Dude I'm concerned for you." Morro said pretending to check Wrayth's temperature as a joke.
"I'm not sick, man." Wrayth said pushing Morro's arms away.
"Wrayth, we are doing soul verification we have to know if it's actually you and not a imposter." Bansha said
So they quizzed him and we're surprised when they found out it was actually him.
"Are you done yet?" Wrayth said
"Yeah, dude. We're just disappointed in you." Soul Archer
"He's right you really should get a new girlfriend. Now I realized she's an earth geek and a plant lover. 70% sure Cole is her favorite ninja." Morro said
"Ghoultar wants to hear about the tree. Ghoultar noticed it was the only tree that never grows leaves." Ghoultar muttered
Slowly one by one everyone excluding Wrayth realized it.
"Who's the idiot now?" Wrayth said with a smirk.
"That's one of the smartest things Ghoultar actually said." Bansha said kinda shocked
"So...Wrayth now that your the Earth geeks boyfriend, why don't you tell us about it?" Spul Archer teased him.
"Yeah. Dude. I'm interested too about this tree. How about you Morro?" Bansha asked him
"Yeah, I do." Morro said
"Wrayth you better do it, before the kiddo pulls the puppy dog eyes." Soul Archer said threatening him.
Now Wrayth, who was starting to feel the pressure of the situation eventually gave the answer they all wanted.
"The Mysteria Tree nicknamed the Phantom Tree, is a tree that blooms only on the Day of The Departed. It slowly wilts after the Day of The Departed is over. By the end of the Week Day of The Departed fell on, it will look like a tree in winter." Wrayth said
"That's kinda sad. This place is ugly." Morro said
"Well, according to the newer souls that arrived today, it's gonna bloom today so don't worry you pretty little head about it kiddo." Soul Archer said
Morro frowned. He hates being called pretty. He's sure any guy does.
