chapter 3: Reunited

Y/N's POV:

I turn around and see none other than Hades, my father, sitting on one of the chairs in the room, with a shit-eating grin on his face.

"Y/N, it's nice to see you again... darling.":
He says grinning like a mad man.

"What do you want Hades?":
I ask, spitting his name with venom.

"Awe come on, no more dad?":
He asks.

"My father, and mother, abandoned me years ago.":
I say glaring at him.

"Well I'm here now.":
He says, standing up from his chair and walking towards me.

"What do you want Hades, I don't have time for this-"

"I want you to rule over the underworld when I am gone.":
He says, interrupting me.

My eyes quickly shot, wide, open looking at my father.

"What do you mean? Where are you going? Are you dying?":
I start freaking out.

"I'm a God, I can't die-": he says unamused. "-But thank you for worrying about me though.":
He says with an innocent smile on his face, with stars in his eyes.

"Shut up. I couldn't care less about you or what happens to you.":
I say, turning my back to him.

"Is that so? What about your mother?"

"The woman you raped? At least she didn't leave me right after I was born. At least she took care of me till I was 16, unlike you who left immediately.": I said turning back around to face my father.

"Listen I left because I had an whole underground to look after-"

"And yet here you are, in the overworld. Why didn't you come sooner? Why wait 2000 fucking years to come see me?":
At this point I was fuming but I still kept my tone low and calm.

"Your right and I'm sorry. I didn't come to see you because I was stupid and scared, okay?": He says sighing softly.

"Hmm.": I hum.

"I don't expect you to forgive me right away, but just know that I am sorry. But I really need your help right now.":
He said.

"With what?":
I ask, going to sit down on one of the chairs at a big, wooden, table.
He then appears in the seat across from me.

"Well, I need you to rule over the underworld while I am gone.":
He says.

"Why me though? Why not one of your loyal souls?":
I ask, grabbing a bottle of wine and pouring some for me and my father.

"Thank you-": he says taking the cup of wine from my hands and taking a sip, "-this is good.": He says taking the cup away from his lips and looking at it with an curious expression on his face.

"I know right?": I say taking a swig from my wine.

"Anyways back to the topic at hand, I don't trust anyone enough to rule over the underworld except for you.":
He says.

"Why me again?":
I ask.

"Well, I've been observing you for quite some time now. I saw how you ruled over the kingdom of Port Elizabeth.":
He says.

"Okay, but you said while your gone what does that mean?":
I ask, taking a last sip of my wine.

"I am going on a little vacation, here on earth and maybe back too Olympus.": He says drinking the last bit of his wine as well.

"Earth? What are you planning?":
I ask narrowing my eyes on him suspiciously.

"I just wanna see what these earthlings have been up to while I've been busy in the underworld.":
He says with another innocent smile on his face.

"Hell no-":
I quickly cut myself off.

'wait, if I rule over the underworld I will have control over the army of the dead. Then I can declare war on the Dream SMP and take back what was rightfully mine; My Kingdom.'

I thought to myself as a small, mischievous smirk places it self on my lips. A crazed, and mischievous glint appears in my eyes.

My father noticing this starts to grin with the same look on his face as me.

"Fuck it, I'm in."
