The captain shifted his gaze at me

"I'm fine don't worry" I said smiling I hid my hand at my back

"Damn it your coughing blood" he said knitting his eyebrows together
"I think it was the time I was slammed to the building" I informed him
"Damn it, you could have told me this earlier" he said with a hint of worry in his eyes
"Don't worry captain I'm fine" I said and smiled at him
I stood up and went towards the kitchen to get some water
I took the the pitcher and filled the glass with water
I gulped down the liquid
"You need to rest" I heard the captain said behind me
I felt my spine shiver from his presence
"But captain I want to he-" I said but was cut off when
He put both of his arms at the table board
I was trapped because both of his arms are at my sides preventing me from moving
I suddenly feel my face became red with our current position

I look away because I didn't want him to see me this flustered
I could feel his gaze looking at my face intently
I didn't know what to do
So I shifted my gaze at him
And then are eyes met his blue steel dull eyes and my sky blue eyes
We stayed at the position for a while
For some reason I caught him glancing at my lips but I shrugged it off
It must be my imagination
And then he decided to talk and break the tension between the two of us
"Brat you need to rest. It would take a while for Dimo Reeves to escort those piggy unicorn bastard here. You have enough time to rest" he ordered me
"But I could still assist you. I feel a lot better than usual captain so don't wo-" I said when he slammed his hands on the table
Making a loud thud
"Eek" I flinched at the sudden impact
I shifted my gaze at him
When I saw him
His expression filled with authority
I gulped my own saliva
When I saw him
When he moved his face closer to mine

I accidentally looked at his lips
