We are now gathered on the forest Mikasa arrived with the others along with Reiner and Annie. Hange is making stew for dinner
The tension is thick you could even cut a knife with it
"Uhm instead of staring at each other someone at least help me cook" Hange said
"I can't believe this all of us would share a meal for all the times we tried killing each other" General Magath stated
"How Ironic, isn't it?" I rolled my eyes
"Apparently it was your fault. If you haven't helped them none of us supposed to be here in the first place. What changed your minds" General Magath hissed
"As I said we don't want Genocide. We wouldn't be here hiding in the forest" Hange stated
"So your saying you finally whose side has justice on?" he asked
"Justice?! Your talking about justice? So we're the bad guys. We just fight the titans you guys keep sending us!! We don't want to be eaten alive by the titans and your saying only devils do that?" Jean yelled
"You look like filthy devils to me" General Magath replied
"If his mom weren't eaten alive when the walls were turned down we weren't be here in the first place" Jean said
"So were talking about history now? Eldian made marley suffer first!!" he retorted
"Rei can you help me out here?" Hange pleaded
"Well...... Jean is kinda right though" I confessed
"Rei!! That's not helpful!!" Hange yelled
"I also suffered in the attack back then. I know I'm a monster. My mother killed people for a living. My father made my brother into cruel commander. I even decided to follow his footsteps but that doesn't mean the others are monsters. There are more people kinder than me. Who deserves to live longer"
"So then why are you helping us?" General Magath asked
"Well because this isn't something I want!! I have been devoting myself for this battle!! I sacrifice my happiness and Joy!! I have sacrifice my comrades so be it! I would sacrifice my own life for it but this is not what I want! This is not the result of how I have wasted my blood sweat and tears for" I stated and I saluted at him
"I'm a soldier! I offered my heart to humanity so please let us not fight at least let's fight together" I said
"Can we kill him?" Annie suddenly asked
"Huh?"
"Can you kill Eren?" Annie asked
"That is not the only option" Mikasa reasoned out
"Yeah I thought you would say that. What are you gonna do convince him to not do genocide? What if he doesn't agree? All of us will end up fighting while you guys are protecting him. Mikasa you only see Eren as your number one priority" Annie said
"Are you saying I should die?" she asked
"I know how you feel! I also have someone important for me. He is the most important person to me. I will also risk my life for my father" Annie confessed
Every one has calmed down
"We will board using a flying ship from the Azumabitos but we need to locate Eren because we might lose gas" I informed
"So the Hizuru's has been helping you behind the scenes" Captain Magath click his tongue in annoyance
"Apparently that is why we captured her" he continued and shifted his gaze to Yelena
