Nat was just having a bad day she couldn't explain, but she was just not in the mood.

The current war they were having was about eating.

"Don wan," Nat whined, pushing Wanda's hand with the fork.

"What don't you want, detka?" Wanda asked calmly.

"Don wan tiny trees," Nat said, pointing at the disgusting little green things on the plate.

"You don't want the broccoli?" Wanda asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Tiny tree?" Nat asked.

"Yes, baby," Wanda said, looking at her.

"No," Nat said, crossing her arms on her chest.

"Why, baby?" Wanda asked.

"Yucky," Nat said with a disgusted face.

"But, baby, they are not yucky, see," Wanda said, eating a broccoli herself.

"Don wan the tiny tree, mommy," Nat pleaded.

"Baby, could you try just one tiny tree?" Wanda asked softly.

She pouted.

"Just one for mommy. If you don't like it, you don't have to eat it anymore," Wanda explained.

"Jus one?" Nat said, raising her finger.

"Just one," Wanda reassured.

"Okay," she said, defeated, and ate the broccoli.

"See, it's not yucky," Wanda said softly.

"Is a little yucky," Nat said, looking at the Sokovian.

"Will you have another tiny tree?" Wanda asked.

She just shook her head.

"Okay, detka," she said, and kissed the top of Nat's head."

Wanda and Nat were painting some papers together, and it was starting to get late.

"Let's go take a shower, hm?" Wanda said, smiling at Nat, who was covered in paint.

"No," Nat said and continued to paint.

"But, baby, you have paint all over you, and it is almost dinner time," Wanda explained calmly.

"Noo," she said and began to run.

"Nattie, come here," Wanda said, looking at her.

"No," Natasha said, a bit distant.

"Detka, please come here," Wanda said, walking after her.

"No, don wan," she said, looking at Wanda, who sighed.

"Nattie, please," she said, walking closer to the girl.

"No, bad mommy," Nat said, sticking her tongue out.

"Oh, I'm bad now?" Wanda said with a hint of annoyance in her voice.

"Vewy," Natasha said, nodding.

"Come on, Nattie," she said, holding Natasha's hand, but the Russian hit Wanda's arm with her free hand.

"Natasha, did you just hit me?" Wanda said, clearly angry.

"I-I'm s-sowy, mom-my," Nat said, tearing up.

"That's it, you are staying in the corner," Wanda said.

"M-Mommy," Nat whined.

"Now," she said firmly.

Nat slowly walked towards the spot pointed out by Wanda.

"Ten minutes of time out," Wanda announced.

"Bu," the redhead started, but Wanda added, "No whining."

When the time was up, Wanda said, "Come on, let's go take a shower now."

Nat ran into Wanda's arms. "I'm sorry, mommy. I didn't want to hit you," Nat said between sobs, and Wanda hugged her tight.

"It's okay, detka. I know," she said, taking her from the floor and placing her on her hip.

"Pwese no mad," she said, still crying.

"I'm not mad. I'm a bit disappointed," Wanda said, wiping her tears.

"I sowy," Nat hid her face on Wanda's neck.

"I know, baby," she said, bouncing her. "I know."

"I no do it gain," Nat said against Wanda's neck.

"Good. Now, shower," Wanda said, kissing the top of her head and walking towards her room.
