Little Jungkook didn't understand the meaning of this letter and ran to his father. His father looked sad. His father told him.

AFTER 1 WEEK
Little Jungkook understood everything but he can't understand the meaning of his mother's letter and he was dying to see his mother. He went to Mr Kim and asked about his mother. Me Kim face expressed sad emotions and told Jungkook that his heart was having a hole so his mother donated him her heart. Little Jungkook condition now was worst was an understatement as he was not even able to recover from his father's death and was not able to adjust to this new place with strangers. And now his mother death was affecting him in which way no one can describe.
