Mia's POV 5 week's (By the way Mia is an attending and Meredith is a residents)
I woke up and i took a shower. I went straight away to the hospital. I changed into my scrubs and i started to do all the paper work that i had to do today. After i finished i saw that it was already time for lunch time. I got my food and i saw Callie sitting with Arizona. They are together. Which makes my ship true. I sat down with them. Then Mark came and sat with us "So what have you all been up to?" I asked them "Just the normal stuff" Mark said "What about you?" Callie asked me "Paper work" I said "Oh that sucks" Callie said and i nodded. I saw Owen and a woman with blonde hair coming here "Mind if we join you?" Owen asked "Of course not. Have a seat" I said and Hunt sat next to Arizona and the woman sat next to me"We haven't met yet. My name is Mia Grey" I said "Teddy Altman" She said and we shock hands. Her eye's are so beautiful omg "How's your first day going ? You ready to go back to Baghdad yet?" Mark asked "Well i am actually really impressed" Teddy said. Omg her voice is so sexy "The facility ,the equitment caliber of the residents" Teddy said "Have you met Cristina Yang yet?" I asked "Mm. Cristina Yang might be in fact the best resident i've seen" Teddy said "You think?" Hunt asked "Yeah. I do" Teddy said "I don't think she likes me but yeah" Teddy said "Oh she doesn't like you?" Mark asked "Mark" I said "No you're probably right" Mark said "Just because Yang drove off the last three Cardio attendings doesn't..." Mark started and i started to get annoyed by him "She did not" Hunt said "Burke" Mark said "Mark really that wasn't her fault" I said "Hahn" Mark said and i saw Teddy kind of scared "She had nothing to do with Hahn leaving" I said "Yeah that was me" Callie said "Dixon" Mark said "Mark can you just shut up" I said "I am gonna go and see what my sister and Cristina are doing. It was nice to meet you Teddy" I said as i got up with my lunch "Talk later Mia" Callie said " Of course" I said and i went up to Meredith, Cristina and Alex. I sat next to Cristina "So what are they talking about over there?" Alex asked "Cristina" I said and they all looked at me "Wait really?" Cristina asked and i nodded "Teddy is saying how she doesn't think you like her and that you are the best resident that she's ever seen" I said and Meredith looked shock "Wow we are so lucky that you can tell us everything that they are talking about" Alex said. I forgive Alex, because he told me that he didn't know that i liked Addison "So What do you guys think about Teddy?" I asked them "I haven't really met her yet" Meredith said "Me neither" Alex said "She doesn't know how to do surgery" Cristina said "Or maybe she is trying to teach you?" I asked "What about you?" Alex asked "What do you think about her?" He asked and i looked at Teddy and i saw her laughing. She is actually really cute "I- um" I said and looked down. I felt my cheek's burning "Mia" Meredith said and i looked at her "Omg she is blushing" Cristina said "Shut up" I said "I just met her like right before i came here" I said "You know what, i am going" I said and i got up. I went into the elevator to go down to the pit and did what i had to do.
3 month's later
I finished my shift so i was leaving home to get to the Christmas dinner. I was in the elevator the door's opened and I saw Teddy standing there and i just smile

Teddy smiled back and stood next to me "I want to ask you do you want to come to a Christmas dinner?" I asked "Sure" Teddy said and i took out a piece of paper and i wrote her my phone number "I will text you the address" I said with a smile and she smiled back at me. This was the first time since the accident. I give her the piece of paper and then i went home and i helped Meredith to get everything ready and i told her that I invited Teddy and she said that it's fine so i changed into a red dress with off the shoulder sleaves. I went downstairs and once people started to come. I opened the door's so that Meredith could finish up everything. The first person to come was Arizona, Webber and Derek. After sometime there was a lot more people here. Then there was a knocking and i saw that it was Lexie and our father "Come in" I said and i let them in. After i closed the door i went and helped Meredith with the food and then there was knocking again and i went and opened it and it was Teddy "Hi" I said. She look's so beautiful "Hi sorry if i am late" Teddy said "It's fine and you are not late" I said and i let her in and then i heard Hunt play the guitar. Arizona and Webber sinning. I looked at the chair next to them and Teddy was sitting there and she was looking at me which made me smile and that made Teddy smile. After sometime everything was set up so we sat on the table. I saw between Teddy and my dad and we all started to eat "Oh how -how'd Kelsey do?" Teddy asked Cristina "Uhh well" Cristina said "Who's Kelsey?" I asked "A girl with no heart" Bailey said. Omg that must of been so cool "I had to do a laparscopic bowel repair while the poor thing was awake on the table" Bailey said "Miranda mind your manners" Bailey's dad said "Even if surgery is your whole life. It doesn't mean you have to talk about bowels at the dinner table" He said. We all just looked at eachother "My child is healthy" Bailey said "Excuse me?" Her dad asked "He may not be with me tonight but he's healthy" Miranda said "I didn't say..." Her dad started. This is gonna be a mess i already know it "He's well-loved. He's a well-loved boy" Bailey said "And he's a happy kid" She said "And staying in an unhappy marriage" Bailey started "Now is not the time or the place" Bailey's dad said. We all stayed quiet because we didn't know what to do "Staying in an unhappy marriage, a marriage that i've outgrown. A marriage full of ultimatums and numbness and resentment" Bailey said "Miranda" Her dad said. I looked at Meredith then i looked at our dad. I just looked down "That is not the kind of life i want to model for my child" Bailey started to shut and i tried to hold back the tears of remembering dad and Mike and how much they had yelled at me and slapped me .I felt someone's hand on top of mine and i saw that it was Teddy's "That is not what i want him to believe" Bailey said "You okay?" Teddy whispered to me "Excuse me" I said and i got up and i took a bottle of whiskey. I went outside on the front porch and i sat down on the swing. I took a phew deep breath's. I heard someone coming out here and i saw it was Teddy and she sat next to me "You okay?" She asked me and she put her hand on top of mine "Yeah it's fine" I whispered "You know you can trust me" Teddy said .I looked at her. Teddy whipped my tears away. We heard someone coming and we saw that it was Meredith "You okay Mia?" Meredith asked and i nodded "I am fine" I said and Meredith looked at me "I know that is not true but fine" Meredith said and then she went inside "You can go back inside if you want" I said to Teddy "You know i find this much more relaxing then what is going on inside there" Teddy said and i nodded and i opened the whiskey "Everytime we have an important dinner it always goes to shit. No matter what it is" I said and i drank a little bit of it and then i gave it to Teddy and she drunk it too and then she gave me back and i looked at her and drunk it. We just talked and laughed "This is fun" Teddy said and i nodded. We saw people starting to leave "How about you stay over the night. I know you can't drive" I said while looking at the finished whiskey in her hand "Fine" Teddy said and after sometime we went back inside laughing cause we were really drunk. We went into my room and i give Teddy some clothes to change in and we layed on the bed and Teddy fell asleep right away and i put the cover's on her and then i went to sleep.
