Talulla never imagined herself being as close with Stiles as she was right now. It was late into the night and here they were, cuddling in the same bed she'd seen countless of times over the years. Of course she'd had boyfriends before, but they never felt like a perfect match. For example, in her freshman year she dated a boy named Jonah Hathaway. He was sweet and he was always a gentleman, but after a few months she just didn't think they were a great fit for one another. But with Stiles, she never expected anything to feel so right.

As she laid there, listening to his soft breaths and rhythmic beating of his heart, she couldn't imagine being with anyone else in this way. Her thumbs rubbed circles into the soft skin of his hands unknowingly as she steadily breathes, watching the outside moving from the view of the window.

She heard Stiles grunt lightly as he stretched a bit, pulling her in tighter as he spoke with a sleepy voice, "Why aren't you sleeping?"

Talulla hummed lowly, "I guess I'm not that tired. I'm just thinking."

"Thinking about what?"

She turned herself so she could make eye contact with him, "Us."

She could see Stiles' face contort with confusion slightly, "Why us?"
