They had thought the plan was over, that Lydia wouldn't be able to save Mason. Luckily, there was one thing Melissa was able to do. A Cortisone shot straight to the cuts on her throat could give them just enough time to do something, anything really. And Talulla would settle for anything.

The only thing that scared her was having to split up. She couldn't protect both Stiles and Lydia. And someone needed to help Malia. Talulla knew that because of Lydia's state, they needed all of the power they could get together to help, and that meant she would have to let Stiles go on his own to help Malia.

And so she found herself at the very last place she ever wanted to be, in those same dark and grimy tunnels she'd seen in what she had previously thought were dreams. Talulla was positive that this where it all started, where her life had been changed forever.

The four has stepped in a puddle, and she could hear the faint buzz of electricity ricochet through her ears. The water was going to be electrified, but before she was hit with a wave of electricity her feet swept from underneath, slipping down through a hole in the ground.

From above she watched Lydia dangle from Scott's grip, their groans of pain and fear morphing and stretching through the long hall. But she heard Theo's voice utter something about Kanima venom, knowing for sure that Lydia would soon be joining her down here. And her scream echoed as she fell.
