Elise stepped off the carriage after arriving to Baker Street, 221 B and looked up at the building where Holmes resides. She recalled what the detective told her previously and that she can come any time after she made her decision.

She knocked on the door and the one who opened it was John.

"Oh! Lady Moriarty, it's a pleasure to see you here!"

She replied with a small apologetic smile on her face. "Good morning, Watson-san. I'm sorry for coming this early."

"No, no. please don't worry about that. Please do come in." He ushered her inside before glancing at one room anxiously.

The moment John heard the knock on the door, he quickly slipped out of the room to see who is their visitor. Seeing that it's the youngest Moriarty woman, he hoped nothing will happen if their other guest sees the brunette.

Their visitor can be a teaser, he realized as soon as they got to know her.

"Are you all right, Watson-san?" Elise asked when she saw the doctor looking a little on edge, to which he flinched before laughing nervously while rubbing his head.

"E-Everything's all right, Lady Moriarty!"

She continued staring at him before letting out a sigh. "I honestly doubt what you said but I won't force you to tell me if you don't want to, Watson-san."

John couldn't just obviously tell her that he and Sherlock committed arson and they have to let the victim stay in their building for the time being. Such as this is not for the young Moriarty woman's concern is what he thought.

I mean, what would she think of them if she were to know of their actions last night?

Especially that the famous detective Sherlock Holmes planned the whole arson (although it's not supposed to end like what happened) and resulted to their current situation.

"M-My... My apologies, Lady Moriarty..."

She smiled kindly at him. "You don't have to apologize, Watson-san. I was only a little worried seeing that you look a little anxious."

"Ahahaha... I'm a too obvious, aren't I...?" He scratched his cheek. "Anyway, Lady Moriarty, what brings you-"

They were suddenly interrupted by a loud slam from the door and it was an angry Hudson after she exited the room. John flinched at the seething face the landlady was making.

"Okay, leave it to Miss Fairy Godmother here! I'll find the perfect dress for her!" Miss Hudson furiously says as a vein popped on her forehead. "Ghh!! Who does she think she is?! Comparing herself to Cinderella-"

She stopped when she saw Elise standing next to John. The brunette smiled in greeting at her after seeing that she noticed her presence.

"Good morning, Miss Hudson."

Hudson's body went rigid and the horrifying realization started to sink in.

"I-I... I've shown Lady Moriarty such an unsightly scene!! Aaaaah!! I am sure I look strange in front of her right now!! John, why didn't you tell me she's here?!"

"G-G-G-Good morning, Lady Moriarty!!" The landlady's voice nearly did a high pitch in surprise when suddenly gasped. "O-Oh dear, I'm sorry if I haven't prepared anything..."

"Ah, no, no. there's no need to." Elise tells her in an assuring tone. "I came here without any notice. And besides, it looks like everyone here is somehow busy. I probably shouldn't impose myself."
