TMNT(2018/2012) Horsemen AU

This an AU from the mutangen bomb, 2018 mixed with 2012, where it's close to MHA but much different.
Humans have normal powers("Quirks" or "Tiers"), as while Mutants have god-like powers("God-Quirk"[many subvarients of it]).

The turtles are the four horsemen, April and Casey being immortal.

Sexualities and shit:
Mikey - Bi/Genderfluid(usually he/him), 5'9, 20
Donnie - Ace/Bi romantic, 6'5, 21
Raph - Omni(pref to men), Demi boy, 6'10, 21
Leo - Gaylord, demi boy, 6'3, 22
April - straight ally, 5'11, 23
Casey - ace, pan romantic, demi boy, 6'1, 24

Appearance:
Mikey - large orange hoodie, dark orange mask(ripped at the ends), more freckles, scars across legs from forest runs/training, large scar down his arm from something...

Donnie - large dark purple hoodie(hood usually on), light purple mask that covers the top half of his face, goggles with red and blue lenses, one red+blue eye, large scar across his neck from being kidnapped and tortured awhile ago, battleshell on his back, a weird looking scar on his natural shell, still has a gap tooth

Raph - usually has a black, red, gold and green suit on, sharper canine, eyes are usually yellow-green, scars on his face+arms from constant battles with people and mutants, mask covers top half of his face+ripped

Leo - Looks relatively normal, red eared slider, fresh wound on his side(bandages still bloody), has a blue jock jacket he wears sometimes, sapphire blue eyes now have a rim of green, eyebags from nightmares

April - looks relatively normal

Casey - looks more mature, still has a gap tooth, hair is usually in a man-bun of sorts

Ever since the bomb, nearly 75 percent of the worlds population gained powers, what many called 'Quirks' or 'Tiers'. Mutants that came out of hiding called themselves 'Double Quirkers' due to their strange appearances.
After the bomb and finding out they were now the horsemen of the world, the turtles split away from each other in fear of hurting one another. Michelangelo being Famine, dissapeared to the woods, away from people. Donatello, now Pestilence, left to a lesser populated area of New York, and usually stayed in a house that contains just himself. Raphael being War, went further West-south, down to Las Vegas. And finally, Leo, who was the Horseman of Death, had isolated himself further north, near the edge of Massachusetts.
April and Casey live together in the suburbs of NYC, searching for their turtle friends. Splinter had cut off all communication from the world after the bomb, faking his death.
