Chapter 6.

A couple days later they were back in class Mal date went really smoothly as Fairly Godmother saying
"Children, excuse me. Um, as you know, uh, this Sunday is family day here at Auradon Prep. And because your parents can't be here due to, uh, distance, we've arranged for a special treat."  Lydia's heart sank seeing her bio mom and they were having with the computer they we talking. Lydia bio mom looked at her with a deadly looked as in saying there is going to be be a world of hurt if you betray them. She nodded and put on a fake smile they hung up and everyone was sad Fairy Godmother apologized Jay said "thank you for the special treat..." and they for go walked out however Fairy Godmother and said "Lydia wait!!! I do have a small surprise for you too." She opened up the a computer and she saw her dad, Delia, Adam and Barbara she said "Oh my god "Dad, mom, Adam Barbara!!!!" Delia smiled saying "hey dear...wait what is with your hair???" Lydia laughed saying "what you don't like the combination of the black and blond??? A close friend of mine did it when I was living king the isle." Charles looked at her saying "BJ going to not like it..." Lydia rolled her eyes saying "yeah well he never does. Also he doesn't really get an opinion because he is a two year old crack up on coffee..." Adam laughed saying "that is the best description of Betelgeuse I've heard." She nodded saying "yeah..." she crossed her arms saying "how is he doing??? I got all his text when I got here but I was to afraid to respond. Does he really think I'm dead???" They looked at her and Charles said "yes he does...it sad...he actually in the Netherworld now looking for you to bring you here."'Lydia heart broke saying "I'm sorry I just don't want him to know..." Adam and Barbara looked at he confuse saying "wait know what???" Lydia asked her parents to keep it a secret but they told the Maitlands she was alive." Lydia bit her lip saying "oh I did asked them not to tell you either didn't I...well you see mama wasn't my biological mother..." Charles explains that he was spelled and well one thing lead to another and Lydia is Maleficent daughter they gasped shocked and Lydia said "So yeah I was  trapped on the isle of the lost..." Charles said "we are definitely going to be their for family day though..." Lydia nodded saying "yeah Ben already told me that you are and he told me BJ will be there as well." Lydia runs her fingers through her hair and Charles saying "do you want me to tell him we found you???" Lydia shook her head saying "Nah let's surprise him..." Delia laughed saying "he going to knock you over..." she laughed saying "I wouldn't doubt it..." Charles laughed "I do..." Delia looked over saying "want to make it interesting???" Lydia said "oh brother...well I see you on family day..." she then hung up asking "thank you so much Fairy Godmother." She nodded saying "your welcome dear." Lydia walked out of the class room.

Lydia walked out with the other VK it was family day she was so excited to see her dad, stepmom, Adam and Barbara. And especially she couldn't wait to surprise BJ. She ran her fingers through her hair her cousin and club was performing and she saw he aunt and uncle. After which Ben pulled Mal to the side. BJ rolled his eyes this wouldn't be the first family day he been too and it certainly wouldn't be the last. He was bored as they were going to be force to play this dumb game. Charles rested his hand on his should breaking the demon out of his thoughts as they walked to King Beast and Queen Belle he didn't really notice Lydia yet. He did notice a girl with purple her talking to them Charles said hey to his brother and BJ smiled at Ben saying "Hey Ben!!! What's up!!! And who might you be???" Ben looked at them saying "this is my girlfriend Mal, Mal this is Betelgeuse..." Mal laughed saying "Betelgeuse??? What kind of name is that???" He then heard a voice that he knew anywhere saying "Well when you have a horrible mother she'll give you a horrible middle name..." BJ looks to see Lydia and he and he jumps on Lydia saying "LYDIA!!!" She was literally knocked to the ground and she giggles saying "Hey BeeJ..." He got off her and helped her up and said "You changed your hair...I don't like it..." She looks at him and laughs saying "yeah yeah you never do..." She giggles and she wen to her mom and dad saying "hey daddy, mom!!!" She started calling Delia mom couple months before she was taken. She then hugs Adam and Barbara. As they were alive as BJ convince her mom and Dad to marry them to become a live as a green card thing. Barbara saying "you gotten so much prettier since the last time I saw you..." Lydia blushed saying "awww thanks Barbara..." Mal then said "so this is your family???" She nodded saying "yeah..." She didn't know how to properly introduce Mal because BJ didn't know who she was. However Ben and Mal started talking to his parents and she felt someone pull her aside by the hand looking up seeing her dad. He pulls her into a tight hug saying "hey sweetheart..." She hugs him back tightly saying "hey daddy." At that time the others came over Evie saying "Lyds!!! Can we talk..." She laughed saying "yeah sure E..." They pulled her to the side saying "So the guy that knocked you down..." She giggles saying "yeah that BJ...or BeeJ..." Carlos looks at her saying "he not human..." She rolled her eyes saying "yeah obviously...he a demon or as he refers to himself the ghost with the most." Jay looked at her saying "you are friends with a demon...we could have use..." Lydia covered his mouth saying "can you keep your trapped shut...he doesn't know..." they looked at her confused well except Evie. They said "wait what doesn't he know???" Lydia bit her lip looking a BJ who was talking to her dad excitedly saying "everything..." they looked at her and Jay said "what do you mean by everything..." she rolled her eyes saying "what do you think I mean Jay??? He doesn't know who my mom is, he doesn't know anything about this...he literally thought I was dead even though my dad and mom told him I wasn't..." they looked at her saying "Wait mom???" She rolled her eyes saying "yeah I call my dad's wife mom..." They looked at her confuse and was about to question her when Delia came up and hugged Lydia she hugs her back Lydia lover physical affection so literally when she received hugs she melted into them saying "hey dear..." she turned around saying "Oh you must be Lydia's friends..." She goes to give them hugs and Jay and Carlos out there hands up saying "what are you doing???" Lydia laughed saying "relaxed she just want to give you a hug..." they looked at her confuse and Lydia them remember they really never received physical affection and she said "oh it what mom just did to me it a way to show affection..." Delia looks at Lydia and she realized they probably never received any type of affection saying "oh I'm sorry..." Evie smiled saying "no it's fine Mrs. Deetz..." She laughed saying "oh please call me Delia you are my stepdaughter friend..." Delia ran her fingers through her hair and Lydia hummed leaning into her touch. She looks over and sees Mal looking at her giving her a look. She gently pulls away and she smiles saying "actually Delia is a therapist before she marriage my dad she was my life couch..." she nodded saying "and I can't thank you enough for keeping her safe on the isle I know she wasn't your responsibility and she didn't fit in but it nice for her to make friends that have her back..." Jay nodded saying "yeah well she Mal sister and she would kill is if anything were to happen to her..." Lydia laughed saying "yeah it kinda weird about attached she got to me...I mean at first I thought she hated me but it wasn't that at all and it funny how protective of me she is as well I am older then her." Evie nodded saying "I mean who could hate you...you are a badass..." she laughed saying "I mean I wouldn't say that..." she then heard her monster say "oh come on babes you and I both know it true...hi I'm BJ..." they introduce themselves and she turned around saying "did daddy send you over here because you were annoying him...he pouted saying "How dare you...yeah he did...he wanted to talk to your uncle..." he booped her nose and she rolled her eyes and he said "awww come on babes you love it when I boop you nose don't deny it..." she laughed saying "yeah yeah but I'm a badass remember I can't admit that..." he laughed and hugged her and she relaxed into his touch. Evie was smirking at her and she rolled her eyes eyes and said "hey babes are you going to play that boring game???" She laughed know exactly what he was asking saying "daddy might make me..." he whispered in her ear "oooor we can cause some chaos..." she smirked saying "I mean as appealing as that sounds I have to behave....but definitely take you up on that offer another time..." he pouted and said "fine I understand..." at that time it was time for a game.
