How to fall asleep in 2 minutes

For those who can't just seem to fall asleep as soon as you hit your pillow, dive in. And for the fast sleepers, I envy you ಥ‿ಥ

~While you're lying in bed

~Breath in and out slowly and deeply

~Relax the muscles in your face by releasing all tension in your jaw, forehead and around the eyes.

~Relax your body as you drop your shoulders as low as you comfortably can. Relax your neck and upper arms

~Breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly. Relax your body starting from the upper body. Release the stress and tension in your lower body, beginning from the thighs and moving towards the lower legs

~Give yourself at least 10 seconds after you relax your entire body. Clear your mind of all thoughts. You can achieve this by any of the following;

1) Try to stable your mind away from thinking
2) Imagine a happy memory in your mind.
3) Imagine you're around nature, enjoying those relaxing sounds like the sound of a running water or whichever scenery that works best for you.

Below are recommended hours of sleep;

~For Infants (0 to 3 months)14 to 17 hours
~For Infants (4 to 11 months)12 to 15 hours
~For Toddlers (1 to 2 years)11 to 14 hours
~For Pre-school aged children (3 to 5 years)10 to 13 hours
~For School-aged children (6 to 13 years)9 to 11 hours
~For Teenagers (14 to 17 years)8 to 10 hours
~For Adults 7 to 9 hours
~ For Older adults (age 65 years and above)7 to 8 hours

It's noteworthy to know that sleeping pills should only be used when it's prescribed by a medical personnel and an overdose of it could lead to brain damage.

Sleeping pills can also cause negative side effects, even if they are used as directed. For example, sleeping pills can sometimes make people feel tired, drowsy, or groggy during the day. They can also cause:

~Confusion
~Memory problems
~Balance problems
~Performing certain activities while sleeping (driving, walking, eating, etc.)
