After a few more months you gave birth to a baby girl. You named her Rei (or whatever you want). When you gave birth the girls were surrounding you making sure you were alright. As soon as it was over you and Deku both started crying from happiness. He got to hold Rei and he sang to her. "Ill protect you, always." Deku said holding her.
Timeskip: You and Izuku are now adults and Rei is now 7 years old. Deku is the number 1 hero and youre the 4th. The end.
