Chapter 23-7 Months (a Baby Shower) (Tommy Lee POV)

A/N: A BABY SHOWER, A SUPRISE AT THE END, FLUFF AND LOVE AND RELATONSHIP PROGRESS....

So much has happened during the past several months I don't know where to begin. 'Once upon a time', doesn't seem like it would work well here.... Anyway, I suppose the most obvious thing or things are Nikki my fellow terror twin married Tommy Thayer, well now Tommy Thayer-Sixx, they had their honeymoon two months ago and things have been going very well for them. Truly I am happy for the Sixxter. And their twin sons are doing well and now Tommy is 7 months pregnant and Nikki is so proud and excited, and I'd even told Nikki his sons were the next generation of the Terror Twins. Nikki was amused, and so was his husband. Things have changed so much for them, their road to love started out rocky and wild, but now I've never seen two people be more in love. Also, Eric and Mick are doing well and so is their baby. I've never seen Mick smile so much in all the years I have known him. Paul and Vince, those two are so in love.... it's cheesy. But I am happy that they are happy they are so in love. As for me? Well, my husband...yes, you read that right are still as horny as ever, but only for each other and love each other so much. I mean we've been together for most of the year or a good part of it. It's hard to believe I am married to one Gene Simmons. Yes, the man who slept with 1000's. It shocked the hell out of me, when out of the blue right after Nikki and my fellow Tommy got married and were on their honeymoon.... Gene proposed to me. It was shocking because, Gene had always been against marriage or so I had thought. I was just happy to be in a committed relationship with him, opposites seemingly but a perfect fit at the same time. He'd proposed and he'd told me, "You Tommy Lee, have changed me...so very much, I've never wanted to be married.... but I never want to let you go. You've changed my views on marriage, on love, commitment. I love you so very much."

So last month we married in small ceremony and things have been going well. Oh, before I forget.... Paul and Vince got married before anybody while we were still on tour. Anyway, currently we are putting together a baby shower for Nikki and his husband. I am helping my husband Gene with setting things up.

"Almost done! I hope they like it.", I exclaim to my husband as I put decorations and flowers on the tables we have set up. Gene is handling the food. I suck ass at cooking, I mean I can make damn good blueberry pancakes though. Gene though is such a sweetheart, has been helping me with learning and I am getting better.

"Yep babe, almost done and I am sure they will love it.", Gene says smiling at me as I finish arranging things and go to him and he takes me in his arms and kisses me, our lips part after with a sweet click. "My beautiful Goddess."

Oh, the things he does to me! Now I am a melted puddle...so worth it. "My handsome Demon. When are the guys coming? I know Nikki and Tommy will be here last."

"Soon Tom, they should be here...", Gene is cut off by our doorbell ringing and after telling him I'll be right back, and I answer the door: To my surprise everyone is here except the guests of honor and are loaded down with gifts.

"Here come in and let me help you guys with this stuff!", I proceed to do just that and lead everyone to where we have things set up and quickly work on arranging gifts along with mine and Gene's gifts. Once done, we all sit down and wait for Nikki and Tommy's arrival.

"So Lee, oooh.... everything looks so adorable and-and beautiful and oh Mick! I can't wait for our baby shower!", Eric exclaims at 100mph, Mick smiles gently at his husband amusement in his eyes. It's really an awesome sight to see him smile, he used to do it so very rarely. Mick kisses Eric gently and rubs his little baby bump lovingly.

I smile from my place on Gene's lap, his hands roaming up and down my sides gently. We don't wait long and at last Nikki and Tommy arrive. Tommy's jaw drops upon seeing all the gifts and food and bursts into tears....

"Oh, this is so beautiful!!! Seriously thank you guys...all of you so much! Can we eat?", The last part of the sentence prompts laughter from everyone. Nikki stares at Tommy like no one else exists...yep, he's so head over heels. Carefully and gently, he helps his very pregnant husband sit down and gets him a plate of food and so then everyone gathers to eat. Eric too, was very thrilled as he is pregnant too obviously. Soon we finish eating and the food's cleared away and Nikki and Tommy get started opening gifts for their unborn twin sons, who from what I can tell are kicking up a storm...but gently if the looks on Nikki and his husband's faces are anything to go by as Nikki rubs his husband's very well swollen belly.

Funnily enough they open mine and Gene's gifts first and Tommy raises a brow in amusement at the matching onesies he pulls out of the gift bag, "Next Generation Terror Twins?" Nikki smirks.

"Well yeah, of course! I mean why not?" I enthuse. Gene chuckles in my ear.

"Wait till you see the other onesies, Tommy!" Gene chortles highly amused. Tommy pulls out the other ones and rolls his eyes.

"Really Gene? 'My Uncle is the Demon'?"

"Tom, you know you love it!", Gene smirks and laughter once more echoes.

"Ok Fine, oh fearless demon." Tommy matches Gene with a smirk of his own. From there they plow thru their gifts: Clothes, Toys, everything they could ever need for their twin sons. Everyone stays for several hours and then at last goodbyes are said, Nikki and Tommy lingering and thanking us profusely and then they are gone. Tommy looked so exhausted, but happy.

I plop down on the couch after everything is cleaned up and Gene joins me, pulling me into his arms.

"That was so much fun, I am glad everyone had a good time.", I sigh contentedly.

"Yeah, I had fun too, and I am glad as well. Now Lee, I look forward to us having children." I freeze. I've been waiting to tell him.... see, I've been feeling off for the past month....

"Actually, I went to the doctor's the other day.... I know this is really soon---," I pause and collect my breath and start shaking from nerves, "I-I am um 6 wks. pregnant."

I have yet to have any morning sickness, but I have felt so strange. Smells, certain smells bother me....and my moods have been strange, and my energy has started to go down. Oh no, I'm crying!

I snap out of it by the sound of my husband's frantic voice, "Tommy! Tommy Lee Simmons.... don't cry my thunder goddess! God, I am happy! So happy, we're really having a baby?!"

I sniff, "Yeah.... I was just scared to say anything. I wanted to wait, till it was just us. I so far haven't had any sickness or anything. But certain smells bother me, and my energy has been getting low and my moods have just been...off."

"Lee, you never have to be scared to tell me anything!", Here Gene brings his hands down to my stomach where you can feel the slightest hint of roundness and I join him just simply content in the moment.

Everyone is having babies left and right, what others call chaos, but is our new normal.... How do I love our Motley-Kiss family! Now I too am starting a family of my own, with my beloved Demon. Wonder when Vince & Paul will have kids? Oh, I can't wait for all these babies to be born!
