after death discussion

ok this is my favourite conversation topic (kind dark ik but its always fascinated me).

what do y'all think happens agter your die? (or what are your favourite theories? I LOVE THEORIES SO PLS TELL ME THEM ALL)

up until like yesterday lol i used to love the idea of reincarnation. like it just makes sense. the only thing i remember from physics class is "matter cannot be created or destroyed", so it makes sense to me that after we die, ¿our? matter (i wasn't good a physics i apologise for any slip ups ajdjlssjls) gets recycled into something else, whether it's an animal or another human.

also, when you put the pieces together it makes sense;

seeing a white light when u die = hospital light

babies crying after being born = bruh they just unalived

memory loss from when you were younger = as a kid you could remember your past life and as you get older you forget in order to move on in your new life

unexplained fears = how you died in your past life / something else linked to pass life

when i was googling like a little saddo as per, i found that most cases of people remembering details of their so called past life (not like vague, easy to guess or accessible details; i mean like things you couldn't possibly know unless you were that person or where extremely close to them) ... most of them are children.

remember what i said like 4 seconds ago about how you have little memories from when you were younger coz it's the world trying to like ... flush out old ones from your past life. coincidence ... i think not ... 👀

but anyway, like i said i used to believe that and while i still kinda do, i watched season 5 of money heist / la casa de papel (my fav <33) and it kinda changed my whole perspective all thanks for señorita tokyo.

so, in thag lil cute scene between my loves tokyo and nairobi where tokyo says this;

" i do think there's something. actually, i believe that you keep on living in the final thought you have the moment before you die. so when the chaos happens i always think about when i was happiest. so i'll stay and live in those memories forever. "

and ik it's kind soppy but like it's comforting !! like i kinda hope that's what happens so i wanna believe it, which i kinda do. i mean, if reincarnation isn't an option then that sounds like a good idea too. i believing it also is good for the future, because one day when i do die ( as we all do, but hopefully not yet besties ) i'll be thinking about a happy tome rather than the fact imma dead 🖤

and she also says at some point about like, how they say you only have one love of your life, but you can have several lives.

i like that

i've always loved the whole "start a new chapter / book of your life" thing so i like the whole idea

y'know that you kinda get several lives in one

idk but yeah

i dunno whether or not i believe in heaven and hell, apart of me does and apart of me doesn't. i'm not religious so i've never really learnt about it i guess ( not that you have to be religious to believe in them ). i hope there is something of the sort, like a safe heaven at the end of your life for you to retreat to, only for good people there, to hell with the murderers, rapists, homophobes, etc ...

especially because of passed loved ones, like i hope they are in some sort of paradise where they can watch over if they're not living in their happiest moments or reincarnated y'know

but yeah kinda dark and shit but it's interesting so drop them thoughts and theories for me to sneak a peek at xoxo
