"Issa!" Regulus yelled as he ran down the hallway chasing after Isabella. He finally caught up with her and took a deep breath, trying to calm his nerves.
"What Reg?" She asked
"Um well uh, do you want to like go to uh Hogsmeade this weekend um with me?" 
"Oh Reg I'm so sorry, I told Alex Wood I would go with him," Isabella admitted
"Oh uh well yeah that's fine," He said
"You can probably go with someone else like I bet Spencer is going to end up leaving early because she gets cold super easy so you can probably hang with Evan,"
"Oh yeah uh that's fine," He said
"Wait you weren't asking me out on like a date were you?"
"What no of course not," Regulus said defensively
"Alright well I'll talk to you later," Bella said and she hurried away, leaving Regulus standing confused. He never understood how that girl had such a hold on him. It had been obvious to him that he liked her since Emmaline broke up with him. But he never realized how deep the crush went. He always assumed it would disappear after a year and he wouldn't have to ruin his friendship with Isabella but that never happened.

Isabella walked into the great hall, her good mood immediately being dampened by the sight of the four Marauders standing in front of the great hall, having a very dramatic and obviously fake screaming match with Marlene McKinnon. Bella rolled her eyes and walked over to the Slytherin table, sliding into her seat between Hayden and Spencer and trying her best not to look up at her brother.
"Hey Issa," Spencer greeted cheerfully
"Wait I thought-" Hayden started before a look of understanding passed over her face.
"I know right," Spencer said
"Oh my god that's genius!" Hayden exclaimed and Isabella groaned.
"That nickname is dumb," She sighed
"It's pure genius if that's what you mean," Spencer said and Bella rolled her eyes.
"It's completely and totally stupid," She said as she stuffed mashed potatoes in her mouth.
"Whatever," Spencer said with a giggle and she started talking about her date with Evan. But as Isabella watched her brother she couldn't hang onto the conversation for dear life because the only question going through her head was what really happened to all of her boyfriends?

Omg what I updated? I feel bad about waiting a week but I'm doing school until like dinner everyday so I don't have much time to write. I'm hoping to try and update every weekend but we'll see. Anyways sorry about the short chapter but thank you all so much for almost 100 reads! I can't believe it :)
