CHAPTER 2

Once she settled down in her apartment, she sent a message to her friends asking them if they could talk.

They are now having a video conference.

"You're already alive and awake Byulie. Where did you go with that man last night? That's dangerous! What if he brought you to a human trafficking syndicate?"

Yong reprimands her for her disappearance with that unknown man.

"He brought me to paradise."

"Unnie! What did he do to you?" - Wheein

"He brought me to his penthouse."

"Woah! Penthouse?! He's loaded but is he good, unnie?" - Hyejin

"He's loaded down there too."

"Congratulations! You probably had the best ONS in your life." - Yong

"Yeah. I did. You sounded bitter? How about you three?"

"We went crazy since you two went missing!" - Yong

"What happened after? What time did you come home?" - Wheein

"He asked me to have breakfast with him. Actually he wanted me to stay for a bit longer. He prepared a warm bath for me, cooked me a delicious meal, watched a movie, then he drove me home."

"Nothing else? I mean you didn't do it again?" - Yong

"We didn't, he's kinda nice."

"It's too good to be true." - Hyejin

"I think so too. Plus he's filthy rich. He's out of my league. I'm living a comfortable life but he's just too much."

"Do you want more? I mean are you interested in him?" - Wheein

"I would lie if I'd say no. He's gorgeous. He's smart. He's in some corporate stuff. Almost perfect but no. One night is enough. I couldn't afford to be in a relationship with someone like him."

"You're quite advanced. We don't even know if he's that interested in you to woo you. Did he ask for your number?" - Yong

"He didn't. But he gave me his."

"Too confident. He might be thinking he's already got you for you to contact him first." - Hyejin

"You think so?"

"Our smart and beautiful friend is clearly inexperienced in the love department. Don't contact him unnie." - Wheein

"Who says I will?! I won't!"

"What's his name in your contacts?" - Yong

"Kim Seokjin."

"See. You saved his number." - Hyejin

"Yah! Don't you trust me?"

"We want to but you have a crush on him but please don't fall for his tricks."

"Where have you been?" Jin is being interrogated the moment he steps foot in the mansion.

"Friday night is boys' night out, remember?"

He answers calmly before kissing Mrs. Kim on her cheek.
