You sat beside his now unconscious body. Thinking on everything that just happened. You told his assistant that rushed him in to go home for the day. Looking at his vitals, everything seems normal but his pulse feels weak. You checked for his pulse again...weak. Is there something wrong in his arm? His coat and vest was already taken off and the only thing left is his shirt. Starting from the wrist, you make your way to his shoulder slowly to see and feel if there's anything off. Nothing. You checked the other arm, same results. You're getting worried now. Is it a silent killer? Or his normal resting condition is very low unlike average people? You pace around the little space to think of what makes him like this. You asked one of the nurse for a stethoscope and received one right away. You put it on and checked for his heartbeat. It sounds fin-

Wait. Why is it muffled? Not like the normal heartbeat muffled but muffled as in something is covering the heart. You drag it to his side to hear it from a different perspective, muffled like before. This time from the side, you heard...gears? What? Gears? In a body? This makes you more suspicious of him. What did he went through, what did he ate or what crazy boom-boom dark magic shit he went through? You suspected that the gear noise are coming below from his muffled heart noise but in order to do that you need to...unbutton his shirt. Aiya, you've done this with other male patients but why are you blushing over his body? Focus (y/n)! Not the time to blush around your senior that might be in danger. You took a deep breathe and let it out to calm yourself down. Slowly, you start unbuttoning his shirt all the way until it's done. You then searched for the gear noise. Found it. Listening carefully, it seems like there's 3 of them inside his body. What the hell did he went through?

You took off the stethoscope and hung it around your neck. Then, something caught your eyes. His chest look stuffed or either you're hallucinating that his chest are the size of badonkers. You shake your head to make yourself focus, no time to simp over people's body, (y/n). But his chest do seem a little wider than usual...did he work out at the gym? No...he got like 3 packs only...almost no sight of it as well. This man needs to exercise for once. You put both of your hands on his shoulders and slide it down slowly to measure the gap. Holy smokes. The measurements are suppose to be 1:3 ratio but for him it's 1:2??? That's absurd-

Hold on. Once you reached his chest, you felt like his ribcage is also felt to your touch. You pinpoint that area with your fingers, and the other side as well. Is it...opened? You make your way to the center of his chest and put pressure on it. Remembering the skeleton anatomy and human anatomy, this...is not normal. Something is inside of him. Covering up his main organs like the heart and lungs. You tried tapping on his chest and lo 'n behold, it feels like tapping on a box. When it comes to bones, this is not your main specialty so you called for backup. You asked one of the nurse to get Jack, a bone specialist and Sam, one of Jack's assistant. A few minutes later, they arrived. 

Jack: What's the situation?

Y/N: Explosion happened. A few burns here and there but I think there's nothing bad about the burns. Also some cuts but it's also nothing major. Oh and...feel this.

You took Dottore's wrist to show it to Jack and Sam. Jack checked for his pulse.

Jack: It's weak?

Y/N: Yes. Now check his heartbeat.

You gave him the stethoscope. He then puts it on and checked for Dottore's heartbeat. His eyes widen.

Jack: It's...muffled...and echoing? As if the heart is inside of something else.

Sam: Jack...look at his ribcage outline from his chest.

Jack looks at where Sam was pointing. He then pinpoints it to feel it.

Jack: It expanded? What was the ratio you checked just now, (y/n)?
