OMG OMG 100 READS??? THANK Y'ALL SO MUCH!

Noah's POV

I see her go still as soon as say those words.

Her mouth opens, but she doesn't say anything.

I know how she feels.

Ten years ago

"Can we stop soon?" I whine, kicking my feet.

My mother smiles warmly at me in the rearview mirror and my father's blue eyes glint with amusement.

"Not yet hon. There's still an hour to go before we get tp grans."

I huff and stare out the window to the dark, rainy sky.

"Is your sister awake?" Mom asks, and I lean over to check on Sam.

"Yep." I whisper, trying not to wake her.

I'm suddenly thrown back against the seat as mom swerves hard.

Everything becomes a blur. A confused mix of all five of my senses and then some.

Sam screams in her carseat, and another cry echos her, before everything goes black.

Present

I guess I know who the other cry belonged to now.

I look down at Hope.

Her head is in her free hand, the other still in mine.

I grab her wrist to pull her up. Even that short contact shows me how fast her heart is racing right now.

I can't blame her.

Hope's POV

He pulls me up by the wrist. I don't resist.

My mind is still racing, but some part of me refuses to accept what I'm hearing.

Why is this happening to me?!

It, can't be true...

But if it is....

I killed my father.
