12: Beach, movie and snowman

"Keith?" I say.

"Hey sis! Long time no talk!" My brother says.

"So he asked to meet me at a cafe in town next week." I explain to Niki.

"You should go! I mean you guys can talk about what happened these past years!" She says trying to convince me to go.

"But what if he just wants to meet up with me because of what I hit on twitch?"

"He won't! And it's always worth giving it a shot!"

"I guess I can... but do you have any plans today? I'm pretty bored and have nothing to do." I say looking at my phone seeing it's 11 am.

"No I don't really have plans, maybe stream just a little but that's it why?"

"Oh alright, just thought I could maybe come over to your house so we can do like dumb sh!t." I say, she giggled and agrees I can come. "What time can I come over?"

"I mean anytime today, I don't mind what time!" She says.

"Alright, I will be there at 12 am!" I say with a grin and hang up the FaceTime. I walk to the closet and take some black cargo pants and a blue crop top and change. I walk to the bathroom, brush my teeth and put on a tiny bit of make-up.

11:20 am, I have nothing to do, I mean I could edit a little, yeah let's just do that.

I check my phone to see what time it is, it's 11:54, I should've been out of my house like 10 minutes ago AND I don't have her address... fvck.

By that, I close the app and open google maps. I search how long it takes with the car, 5 minutes. But walking is also 5 minutes, so I'll just go walk, it's not that big of a deal. What if I take Gracie with me as a surprise? Yeah, that would be fun! I walk to my closet to search for her travel backpack.

"Ugh! Where is your backpack Gracie?!" I say frustrated, I look at Gracie and she just meows. "Yeah, good answer Gracie!" I say now annoyed. Gracie walks to my nightstand and sits on it, meowing once again. The backpack is next to the nightstand. "I knew that! Now go on, go in! I washed the blanket yesterday so I will be needing to get that real quick." I say walking to the washing room and take her favourite blanket, a beige blanket with brown paws on it. I walk out the door and we start walking to Niki's apartment.
