"diamonté put that down!". jack shouted startling her, turning around she cut her eyes at her boyfriend who was walking down the stairs, she rolled her eyes kicking her suitcase,

jack shook his head at his girlfriend, "you shouldn't be lifting anything heavy diamonté". he said making her sigh, "go get your son and let's go". he said as she nodded going towards the kitchen, pulling the refrigerator door open she grabbed the big bag of grapes, "benji baby let's go". she yelled hearing the familiar patter of feet, she smiled feeling benji's wet nose touch her ankle, "hey baby boy let's go". she said walking out the front door, benji stayed close behind her as she locked the door.

jack was putting their bags into the trunk of his sport's car, he turned smiling at diamonté as she walked past him, "let me get that for you baby". he said running in front of her opening the passenger side door, she pecked his cheek making him blush as she sat down, bending down she grabbed benji sitting him on her lap, looking over the car he nodded before going over opening and closing his door, he eyed diamonté as she got comfortable in her seat, "baby you got everything?". he asked as she nodded bucking her seat belt in, he raised an eyebrow.

"positive?". he asked hearing her giggle softly, "yes i'm sure daddy". she mumbled in annoyance, he chuckled softly. he reached over ruffling her straight hair, she slapped his hand making benji bark softly at him, jack mushed his head. "benji and you can get out this car". he playfully said as she turned the radio on, jack turned it back off pulling out the garage.

diamonté turned the radio back on beyoncé, "who said you could touch my radio?". he asked speeding up making her strike him in the chest, he laughed loudly. "i'm just playing baby you can listen to her". he said making her smile, he smirked at her as she bit her lip watching him drive. "jack guess what?". she asked softly, he looked over at her. "what?". he said as she giggled petting benji's soft fur,

"chicken but". she said laughing loudly, he sucked his teeth. "such a goof ball". he said turning the music up, "but for real you're so sexy when you drive baby". she said smiling over at him, jack placed his hand on her bare thigh rubbing it making her shift, gripping it tightly a soft moan escaped her mouth making him laugh softly, "will your family like me?". she asked out the blue, he nodded as she yawned softly, "i'm sleepy and my back is starting to hurt all the time". she said pulling her seat backwards, "where did you put my blanket?". she asked rubbing her sleepy eyes, "baby you going to sleep already?". he asked frowning, she looked over at him. "yes where the hell is my blanket". she snapped as he chuckled,

"chill chill don't bite my head off it's right here girl". he said throwing it at her face, she wrapped it around her and benji getting comfortable, benji curled under her growing stomach closing his eyes, "kiss". she softly said, jack quickly kissed her lips before turning up the radio, "i love you jack". she mumbled yawning softly, "i love you more diamonté". he said interlocking their hands continuing to drive towards kentucky.

a few hours later...

diamonté eyes fluttered hearing a loud clicking noise, turning over it got louder, sitting up she looked forward at jack as he was lifting the hood of the car, "fuck". he shouted in frustration, pulling his t shirt off he wiped his damped face, "not my baby". he thought staring at his engine, diamonté gently put benji beside her on the seat before stepping out the car,

"what's wrong with the car?". she asked as he looked over at her, "it won't start, i just brought this car". he mumbled in frustration, putting her sunglasses on she put her hair into a ponytail, "i told you we should of taken a plane". she said leaning beside the car, "baby i wanted us to take a road trip". he mumbled gripping his curly hair, "maybe we should of taken a damn plane". he said making them both bust out laughing,

"does your phone have a signal?". he asked grabbing his phone from his back pocket, "nope it doesn't". she said shaking her head, "it's so hot". she whined fanning herself,

diamonté looked around her seeing nothing familiar, "now we're in the middle of nowhere about to die". she softly said beginning to get choked up, jack head snapped over towards her, tears were running down her face as she wailed loudly.

"baby calm down". he said pulling her into him, she clung to him as she hiccuped, "there was a gas station i passed it's like twenty minutes/thirty at top". he said as she nodded wiping her teary face, "i'm not staying in this car". she said as he nodded, standing in front of her he turned bending his knees.

hopping on his back she wrapped her arms around his neck as he gripped her legs tightly, "open the car door so benji can come". he went over opening it, "come on bougie ass dog". he teased watching him hop out the car, after locking the doors jack began walking down the long hill while benji walked close beside them. "we aren't ever going on a road trip again". she said putting her face in his back, he gently slapped her leg, "you'll do whatever i say little girl". he said looking around him, diamonté pointed her camera at him,

"look at us two out here in the middle of nowhere about to get killed because daddy wanted to be adventurous". she said zooming in on jack's face, he frowned ignoring her. "but it's okay i still love you". she mumbled kissing his sweaty cheek.
