I was pulled out of my thoughts by the door being slammed open, and the exact person who walks in happens to be the exact person I'm thinking of.

"How can I help you tesoro?" she slammed the door shut and walked over to my desk. She then sat on the chair right in front of me.

"What's going on Kane, I thought Lin was dead".

"He is love, you don't have to worry. This was just a small misunderstanding", I lied.

"A small misunderstanding, tell me you're joking", and there she goes again, brave isn't she.

"I don't make jokes tesoro".

"Whatever". she said as she rolls her at me.

"Right. Go get changed, I'm taking you somewhere".

"No, I don't feel like it", her voice drives me cra--, wait did she just say no to me.

"I wasn't asking salang".

"I never said you were asking", she smirks before she gets up and walks to the door. I followed her from behind and as she opened the door, I closed it shut from behind her and trapping her in between my arms.

"Wae nae mal-eul an deul-eo?"

Translation: Why don't you ever listen to me?

"Cause I don't want to listen to you", she leaned closer to me and whispered in my ear. She pushed me away from her and again she attempted to run away, but I grabbed her arm and pulled her into my chest. I stared deeply in to her beautiful chocolate eyes, and put my finger under her chin, then I lifted it to make her look me in the eyes.

"You will be the death of me, I swear", I whispered to her and leaned in for a kiss, when our lips met, I felt my heart beat dangerously fast but I didn't care. Her lips were soft as a fluffy cushion, before I could deepen the kiss, she pulled away.

We stared into each others eye for a few seconds before she grabbed my neck and pulled my into a deep kiss. The kiss was dangerous. I licked her lips asking for an entrance and she let me in, we fought for dominance until she gave in and excepted defeat. After a long deep kiss we both pulled away to catch our breath.

I pulled her by her waist and just as I was about to kiss her, Victoria walked in. The Xian daughter, for fuck sake, what do they gain from pissing me off.   

"What are you doing with her, our wedding is in a few weeks", Victoria says. Shit.

"Wedding", Imani paused in my arms before she continued.

"And here I was fooling myself, into thinking I could love you", Imani whispered in my ear before she pushed me away from her and walked out.
