Continuing chapter 15

"Regulus!" Sirius shouted when he ran through the doors, I ran in after Sirius, my eyes immediately landed on the black haired boy, Sirius ran to him and indulged him in a tight hug. I noticed the younger boy hugging back but his ink black eyes was staring right into my hazel eyes.

"Are you okay?" I mouthed.

"A little bit," he mouthed back. I gave him a small smile which he returned a bit,

"Don't you ever and I mean ever scare me like that!" Sirius scolded,

"I-I'm sorry," Regulus softly said.

"What were you doing out there anyways?" Sirius lowered his voice and sat in front of Regulus.

"The snow covered the path a-and I couldn't find it so I went searching for it, and somehow ended up on the ice," Regulus explained, he was obviously processing it too. Sirius stared at the ground with a thinking expression.

"I'll teach you to swim, in the spring I mean, when the water's at least a little warm," Sirius declared.

"Really?" Regulus asked.

"Yeah, it's the least I could I do, I'm sorry, for everything I did, I'm sorry for leaving, and not saying goodbye, I'm sorry for ignoring you this year, and I'm sorry for being such a twat," Sirius said, Regulus smiled at his brother.

"Okay," Regulus said with an excited tone. The two of them started to talk like normal, like they used to. So Remus, Peter and I silently agreed to leave them alone. We walked out of the hospital wing without saying anything.

"I'm going to meet up with Mary," Peter announced, he ran off to find his girlfriend.

"So," Remus said.

"Yeah?" I asked.

"Are you going to tell him?"

"Maybe when he's done with Sirius," I answered.

"No I meant Sirius, he deserves to know," Remus explained.

"Remus, I can't tell him," I sighed.

"You have to tell him, he's your best mate," Remus scoffed.

"I can't, I want to but I can't," I exasperated.

"Why not?" Remus groaned.

"Because I made a promise, he didn't want me to tell Sirius, and I promised him that I wouldn't, which is why you can't tell him, and you can't tell Regulus that you know," I revealed.

"You know, the longer you two keep it a secret, the more chance Sirius is going to be pissed when he finds out," Remus shrugged.

"Find out what?" I heard, I paused and so did Remus. We slowly turned around, Sirius stood with a confused expression.

"N-nothing," I stammered.

"James," Sirius cocked his eyebrows.

"Don't worry about it," I said.
