Lets brake bread part:2

You see midorys really dose care for her student like her only children. But sometime she can't help but feel like their almost to much to handle but always reminded that they need her, so when Mina came two her and telling her something was not right with sero and she was worried so she did what she could and she came up with a plan 

After school she went back to the dorms and started picking up the morning mess before school.soon after cleaning she went to the kitchen to cook dinner, but as cooking she saw sero passing the kitchen to go to his room she decided to tell him before he leave to come down later for dinner and such, after she was done with the food she put it off the the side tell dinner and started making cookies and set a therapy appointment after dinner in the living room but how she was planning to do this well she knows the kids are going to a movie after dinner so she gonna hold sero back and have a talk 

I cookies are done and perfect timing too it's was time for dinner izuka called him down "sero!!,come down and eat please!." The students must have heard her cause they where all running to the table,a couple of minutes later sero comes down looking high..? Izuku now understands what Mina meant we she said she was worried there was nothing but quietness sero looked confused "hey,?? What's up??"

Izuka shook her head an said no they all sat down "well let's eat now" she said smiling They all dug in 

After dinner while everyone was getting ready to go to the movies Izuka told sero to stay here for the night and that he can go next time sero agreeed and stayed back after everyone left izuka  went to get the cookies from the oven where they where being kept warm 

She started talking "so sero to start, are you ok" sero looked at her confused but soon realized what she meant seeing how she was looking at him he didn't feel being dis-honest with her since she have done so mush for him and the rest of the class but...his mouth said something else "yeah in fine why do you ask" izuka raised a eyebrow and looked at him suspicious "yeah I'm fine, but we are taking about you" sero wanted to say something but his mouth won't let him he didn't like lying to her but his mout- no his mind wouldn't let him "sero im6 going ask you a very serious question smoke..." sero froze "how did she know did someone tell her or am I that stuck out from the cro-"

Izuka knew what was happening sero was having a panic attack she quickly put the cookies to the side and grabbed sero like nothing she put him in her lap rocking him back and forth speaking sweet thing into his ear he was not calming down she pulled him out of her hold to look at his face 

"-RO SERO LOOK AT ME"

sero meet his eyes with izuka he looked at her "ok,ok tell me 5 things that you can see sero"

Sero looked around "you" "t-the couch" he sucked in a sharp breath "the cookies" the tears are drying on his face still hyperventilating "the b-blanket" "our milk" he calmed down a little still breathing heavy sero eyes are still being burley from crying 

"Now sero tell me 5 things you hear"

Sero put his head out in the air and breathed in a shaky breath

"The cl-clock" sero put his head back on her shoulder tears started forming again stinging his eyes "my breathing" his tears where falling again, he wrapped his hand around her neck and turn his head to the side to breath "your heart beat" he felt tired a little "a-a fan" 

Sero calmed down, izuka didn't need to finish the safety precaution cause he fell asleep in her arm izuka picked him up I mean after all she I'd the #3 psychologist. she lad him in bed and covered him up she moved his hair and gently kissed his head whisper to him "we'll talk tomorrow night night kiddo"

I I'm in school making this hahah but I thought this was vary hard todo because my older cousin suffered from normal panic attacks and she always calls me for help and I gladly give it  to her actually I based this Izuka off of me anyways
