Steven: What if someone misbehaves?
Ken: Then, they won't be able to participate in the Halloween party! Simple as that!
SkittishReflections: Exactly! There is to be no bantering, whatsoever! We want to have a fun time! Not start a fight! Are we clear?
Steven: Yes.
Ken: This will be a fun Halloween! Any questions?
Emma: No.
Steven: No.
