Odysseus's pov

"You weren't expecting me or were you?" A devilish smirk rode to my lips as I eyed the helpless man sagged on his knees in front of me. This was too much fun. Syenn stood sank to the floor his eyes kissing my glossy shoes.

"Do you want to know why I'm keeping you captive?" I mocked the heel of my dress shoes pounding against the floor as I walked to the chair and slumped on it twisting the knife in between my fingers.

"Always had a knife kink." I joked, eyeing him with a sardonic smile. He gave no reaction, he refused to.

"Anyways- I kidnapped you because I want to kill you." He blew out a deep breath and I mentally chuckled.

"Just kidding." I raised my hands with mock surrender. "I've decided to keep you around."

"So Syenn, you're going to work for me behind Sylvain's back."

"Over my fücking dead body." He spat, I clicked my tongue faking disappointment with a hand over my heart. "That's too bad because you have no choice."

He gave out a humorless chuckle. "You might as well just kill me but I'll never betray my only family." This time I laughed bitterly, tauntingly. The laugh boomed throughout the walls as I scrubbed a hand to my jaw.

Oh, I wanted to play, tease and then ruin him.

Gradually.

I beckoned to one of my men and out of an instant he passed me a bottle of brandy, alcohol made everything better more dangerous, and bad. I twisted the lid and chugged a mouthful. "I understand you Syenn, I know how hard it can be, but life's anything but fair."

"You're going to tell me every single thing, you're going to tell me how the fück he got ahold of my sister!" I boomed rounding him in a slow circle threatening him. "You will tell me how they met and you will work for me."

"No." He finalized.

I blew out a deep, calming breath. I wasn't a man who took a 'no' from anyone. I made a tsk, tsk, tsk sound before pouring the rest of the beverage on his head. He screwed his eyes shut. "Taste while you can." Then, I dragged his face to mine by fisting his collar in my hand. "Be thankful while you can."

He coughed and spat. "You're out of your damn mind."

"Sometimes." I agreed.

"I can deal with you both ways let me know which one you prefer physically or physically?"

I smirked like the villain I was. When he didn't respond my patience ran thick and I was done. I smashed the bottle of brandy against his temple and his skull slammed to the side, I crouched to his level my finger darted to his fresh wound, and I felt it connect to my flesh. Blood.
