Love your enemy

I went to church today for the christening of my very first goddaughter. The priest's sermon struck me. I got enlightened with what he said. I have known the famous saying 'love your enemy' for a very long time. I had no enemies ever since but recently I loathe some people and blocked them on social media and in real life. After listening, I decided to unblock them and forgive them. I know in myself that I have not forgiven them fully. I forgave them but still loathe them. I can still remember the things they did to me. I am a Catholic and not that religious but I always try my best to follow God's teachings. Apparently, this one that I experience now is the hardest to follow, to love my enemies, the people who had done wrong to me. However, through God's help I can do this. I want to live life harmoniously without thinking the bad things they did to me and not thinking negative things towards them. I know I can do this! God will help me! ☺
