Chapter 34☑️

Luca's POV

"Oh shit!" I yelled ducking behind one of the countertops as one of Dmitri's men fired his gun towards me. I reached into one of the kitchen cabinets and pulled out a full magazine to reload when I heard a feminine scream.

"fuck, Karmen," I muttered to myself as I started to panic. Gunshots were going off around me as I desperately tried to run towards our room.

I quickly threw open the door to our bedroom to see Karmen's red face as Dmitri held his gun to her head. "Let her go Dmitri. This isn't about her remember it's about me-"

"We wouldn't be in this situation right now if you just taught your bitch some manners. But no, she's just a disrespectful and ungrateful bitch! Now drop your gun!" He yelled pushing the tip of the gun further in her temple.

Without another thought, I slowly put my gun down on the ground. Almost immediately, he dropped her down to the floor, on her knees with his gun facing the back of her head.

"You both couldn't have just left well enough alone. But no, you decided to take my only son away from me"

"We didn't take shit from you!" Karmen yelled at him making him grip her hair tighter.

"Well, I'm done here. Karmen? Anything to say?" He laughed, she let out a sob before opening her mouth to say something. But Dmitri didn't even give her the chance, because right when she opened her mouth to speak he fired.

"Oh fuck." I spoke quietly suddenly sitting up. My hand went to the bed beside me to reach for Karmen but when I didn't see her, my body sprung up, I started by checking the bathroom, then the closet before going downstairs.

When I entered the kitchen, I could feel myself relax seeing all the kids standing around watching Karmen cook breakfast, while Matteo, Antonio, Andy, and Enzo all stood back watching all of them.

I nodded at the guys then went and said good morning to each kid before going up behind Karmen and wrapping my arms around her waist. "Good morning love"

She lifted her head and kissed my chin before reaching over to grab something from the drawer.

After a second of just taking her in, it took everything in me to pull away. "You, you, you, and you. Follow me." I said pointing to Antonio, Andy, Enzo, and Caleb. They all looked over to Karmen with pleading eyes. "Don't worry we'll be done before breakfast is ready."

"Karmen has told me that she doesn't know the exact address but she can take us to Dmitri's last location from the mall where Caleb found her. I already called Vincent and Catalina, they said that they will give us access to all the weapons and manpower we need" I spoke.

"Does that mean you're gonna let me off of house arrest?" Caleb groaned.

"No, you're not going. We can't risk them getting their hands on you." I understand why he's pissed but I won't be able to live with myself if something happens to him because of this.

He sat down in one of the chairs across from my desk and rested his head in his hands.

"Antonio, take a few guys and drive around with Karmen. Try to get an exact location so that we can plan."

"Yes, boss," he answered

"Don't set off any alarms. Your top priority is to make sure Karmen is safe. I won't lose her again. capisce?"

"Of course," he said, leaving and typing on his phone.

"Besides that, we'll have to wait until we have a location. You're dismissed." with that Enzo and Caleb left leaving Andy standing and looking as though he had something to say.

"Can I help you with something?" I questioned. "Um, I understand that I may be crossing a line but, I think you should let Matteo back. At least for this mission."

"You act as though I kicked him out. Matteo chose to retire. That's on him. Now go." I nodded towards the door.

He dropped his head down a bit before nodding and leaving the room like the others. I sighed straightening out the documents on my desk before there was a knock on my office door.

"Come in." the door opened ad Karmen peeked her head in nervously. "I just came to tell you breakfast is ready," she said pulling herself in and closing the door behind her.

"Great, I'm starving," I said standing up, "and you know you don't have to knock, nothing has changed," I said as a took a few slow steps towards her. She was still standing, wearing my clothes. "Yeah, I just didn't want to interrupt anything," she spoke softly.

I chuckled bringing my hand to rest on her waist, leaning down, and giving her a kiss. As my lip trailed down to her neck I heard a small moan leave her mouth. "How are you feeling my love?" I spoke.

"Fine..." she trailed off, letting her eyes close. I lifted her up, letting her legs wrap around my waist. "I thought you said you were hungry?" she laughed lightly as I brought her over to my desk.

"Mhm," I mumbled into her neck as she brought my hands into my hair.

I bought my hands underneath her shirt, bringing it over her head and tossing it somewhere in the room. I rested my hands on her thighs with my fingertips underneath my boxers that I let her wear.

I felt my heart ping at to how loose they now were on her, her thighs use to fill the empty space. I couldn't help but think how miserable she must've been.

I wrapped my fingers around the elastic on the boxers and shuffled them off her legs, before bringing my hands to rest on her hips. "Your desk is so cold," she said, making me chuckle as I trailed kisses down her chest.

Karmen's POV

"Aw fuck," I muttered as Luca placed my leg over his shoulder, while he sucked between my legs. He groaned as I couldn't help but pull on the ends of his hair.

I could feel myself getting closer. He brought one hand up to rest on my thigh while using his other hand to push his fingers into me making me moan louder.

When I finally finished, he pulled away with a huge smile, kissing the inside of my thigh muttering a small "mine" as he stood up.

As I caught my breath he picked up his shirt and boxers before helping me get dressed again.

"You look so beautiful when you cum for me amor," he spoke, pushing my hair behind my ear.

"Oh shush," I chuckled standing up and kissing him. "Ready for breakfast now?" I asked.

He raised his eyebrow at me, "I already ate but sure." he winked. Before grabbing my hand and pulling me out of his office.

When we got downstairs he made me sit down while he fixed my plate. When he finished loading it to the brim with food, he set it down in front of me. "I'm not gonna be able to finish all of that," I said looking up at him with wide eyes. "Eat love," He nodded towards the plate before cleaning up the crumbs that the girls left on the table.
