1. This is an x fem!reader not oc. The physical characteristics will be yours, except for your weight. I'm not making the reader 36 lbs don't worry. As I do in most of my books, the reader is muscular because its the apocalypse

2. This book is POC friendly which incase you don't understand what that means. The reader's race and or characteristics are not explicitly identified. I will rarely use e/c or h/c in these books because to me it's just not necessary

3. There will be no smut

4. There will be no love triangles. I just don't like it

5. This is a slight enemies to lovers, although it's my first one so like don't judge me

6. Merle is a racist guys. There are a lot of things he says that I will not write because it makes me uncomfortable. I will still keep his character Canon but he won't be saying any slurs

7. The reader is not 17 guys.. no if that's what you expected, you need help cuz Daryl is canonically in his late 40s and that's weird.

8. In this book Daryl will be 35 and the reader is 29

9. The reader will not be a "I'm so scared pwease save me" type of reader. No, this reader will stand her ground. She's feisty, cocky, immature, and doesn't take shit from anybody

10. There will be no Leah romance. Idk how I'm gonna fix this into the plot especially with season 11 but Daryl ain't a cheater bro

11. I'm not putting a warning for gore or violence. It's the walking dead, it's kinda obvious. But should there be any triggering topics, it will be mentioned at the beginning of the chapter
