We were all outside of Alexandria's gates. Aaron helped Eric walk over to get inside the walls. We all waited. Lyra cooed in my arms as she grabbed my shirt. We heard something rattle. I pulled out my hand gun and aimed at the noise, just like everyone else did with their weapons. It was an animal. Daryl shot it with an arrow. The gates opened as Daryl retrieved his arrow and picked up the animal. There was a man with curly brown hair. He stared at all of us

"We brought dinner" Daryl said

"It's okay. Come on in, guys" Aaron said. We all followed Aaron into the community. The gates closed behind us

"Before we take this any further, I need you all to turn over your weapons. Stay, you hand them over" The man with curly hair said

"Yeah, that's not happening. Good try though" I said. The man stared at me, he just kept staring at me. It was almost creepy

"We don't even know if we want to stay" Rick said

"It's fine, Nicholas" Aaron said to the curly haired man

"If we were gonna use them, we would have started already" Rick said holding Judith

"Let them talk to Deanna first" Aaron said

"Who's Deanna?" Abraham asked

"She knows everything you'd wanna know about this place. Rick, why don't you start?" Aaron asked. We heard a walker snarling. We all turned

"Sasha" Rick said as we stared at the walker. She shot it and killed it

"It's a good thing we're here" I said before Rick walked away

Each of us needed to have an interview with a woman named Deanna. Some of the others had already gone. It was my turn. I handed Lyra to Maggie and then walked in to Deanna's office. I looked around. There were many books and there was a camera

"Hello. I'm Deanna Monroe" The woman said. I turned to her

"Y/n L/n" I said

"You mind if I film this?" She asked me

"Whatever floats your boat, but why?" I asked. Deanna walked to the camera and had it start recording. I sat down in the chair
