CHAPTER 30; UPSET (M)

When they finally reached home, lisa accompanied nathan to his room while jennie proceed to their own, still not talking with her resting bitch face

"oppa, you're dead" Nathan smirked when lisa successfully tuck him on his bed, she shoot him a glare and flick his forehead lightly, "you shut up kid, i know" the ash blonde girl replied and Nathan laugh teasingly

"okay enough for that.." she stood up from the bed and pat nathan's head, "you should get some rest, m'kay? i'll wake you up for dinner" he nodded. lisa exited the room after making sure that the boy is already asleep

'i hope jennie's not mad anymore' she thought 'i was just being nice to those girls earlier by answering their creepy different questions'

'aish! disadvantage of being good citizen, that's why i don't want to be and i don't want to try again' she mumble and let out a frustrating sigh

standing infront of the door, she hesitantly twist the knob and step inside, expecting jennie to be in the bed but unlucky, she's not there. lisa tried to search for her fiancée on the dresser and the make up room but even her shadow cannot be seen

she was about to go out and check every area but then she heard the bathroom door slide open.

there she is, looking at her, with face blank and cold. Her eyes almost looked through lisa's soul that cause her heart began to pound in her chest. jennie wasn't usually this upset and it made her nervous as fuck

"love?" lisa call out but jennie just walk past her and tuck herself inside the blanket after lying in bed, not even minding to do her usual routine before going to sleep

Lisa walk towards her and sit on the side of the bed, she reach for jennie's hand and give it a kiss
"baby talk to me, please" she pleaded with her most vulnerable voice, but jennie didn't respond. instead, she turn her back to the pouting ceo

"i know you're mad, but i was just helping them" she tried to reasoned out and the latter instantly sit up before slapping lisa's arm

"really manoban? helping? i saw how they look at you. don't make me a fool by convincing me that you're just helping them. like, what the fuck? asking if you're up for their offer? at night? what do you think of me? first grader to not come up with the conclusion that you're flirting with each other?" jennie roared, her face is frowning to its highest level with murderous eyes piercing on her lovers soul

lisa jolted from her sit and immediately hug jennie as tight as she can, her face in between jennie's breast and arms wrapped around the the waist, "baby i promise i didn't flirt with any of them, i have a pure intention on helping those girls who i think is lost" she explain but jennie remove her arms

lisa look at jennie who's getting her pillow, "what's this?" she ask, confused by jennie's sudden action, "you sleep on the couch outside later. i don't want to be with you" the brunette said and left the room after glaring at lisa

"but this is my room" she defeatedly said and get her things before stepping out, "i wonder if marrying jennie is still the best decision i'll made" she jokingly said and chuckle to herself.

she reach her office and decided to spend the night there for the meantime, "I'd rather stay here instead of the guestrooms" lisa put the pillows on the couch and get her phone inside her pocket

she walk towards her swivel chair and slump her ass, "i got lot of message from dahyun" she mumble while scrolling, "somi texted too"

she open the message frowning, 'since when did somi learn to message in insta?' she ask herself and instantly shrug off her thought.
