You have made me happy
You have made me sad
My heart has felt so heavy
My heart has felt so glad
Sometimes I try to smile
And you just look at me
Sometimes I like to scowl
Because I feel grumpy
I feel like I am whole
I'm floating on a cloud
I feel like I am broken
And that is not allowed
There are days I want to cry
There are days I want to scream
There are days where I lie
There are days where I lean
Sometimes I feel trapped
On the outside of a door
Sometimes I feel strapped
Limbs tied to the floor
Sometimes I feel elated
It's a warm swelling feeling
Sometimes I feel excited
The adrenaline sends me reeling
I have felt so angry
I have felt so scared
I have felt so hopeful
And that itself is rare
