Amelia's pov:
It's been a week and Callie's still in Seattle at least until they figure it out the schedule of Sofia. 

-Morning!- Arizona walks into the attendings lounge with Maggie by her side 

-How did your surgery go?- I askd while she sits next to me 

-It was good, Maggie did such an amazing work tho- she say resting her head on my shoulder 

-Thank you! You did too- Maggie smile- well I'll leave you lovebirds alone- she knows about us.. like hanging out and that stuff and so does April and Alex 

-So...- Arizona starts- we haven't had our date

-Mhmmm... No pressure, whenever you're ready okay?- I stroke her hair 

-I'm ready... actually- she says looking at me smiling- I have something planned 

-You do? 

-Yup! Tonight, I'll pick you up at 7 

-Okay then!- she make her little celebration and I laugh- see you tonight blondie
I leave and go to do my surgeries

Hours later*
I arrive to Mer's house and start to get ready, I have two hours until Arizona arrives 

-Come on!- I yell trying to find something nice 

-You okay?- Mer walks into my room 

-Yup, I don't really know what to wear- I take all my clothes outside my closet 

-Going on a date, huh?- I blush- it's okay, who is it? Someone from the hospital? 

I thought it was pretty obvious by now, I mean... I spend most of the time with Arizona and we're so flirty around each other

-I though you knew- I say picking up a black dress 

-That's a good option- she says pointing to the dress- and I have my suspects...

-Just say it!- I roll my eyes 

-Is Arizona, isn't she?- I smile and nod- I'm happy for you Amelia

-Thank you Meredith

-Now go change or you're going to be late!- I decide for the black dress with black high heels as well, I do my makeup and wait for Arizona 

Arizona's pov:
I'm late, my surgery went longer than expected and I barely had time to change, tonight Callie has Sofia, so I'm driving my daughter to her house 

-Hey Callie, she's here and has everything in her bag

-I have an emergency at the hospital, I was about to text you- damn it! -I know you've been patient with the schedule and I do want to spend time with Sofia but I really need to go to the hospital

I can't be mad at Callie, I know emergencies happen all the time, even if she used that against me on court

-Ok then- I hold Sofia's hand and go back to the car, I don't know what to do, I don't wanna stand up Amelia 

I decide to call her and explain the situation

-Hey blondie, are you outside already?

-Ames... I'm sorry but something happened and Sofia has to stay with me 

-So... No date- she sighs- you can still come over, Sofia can play with Zola and we can spend some time together

Gosh I don't know how I get so lucky with Amelia! She's so comprehensive 

-Sounds great to me- I can tell she's smiling, I turn to my daughter- Sofia would you like to go and visit Zola? 

-Yes!! Can we have a sleepover?- she make puppy eyes 

-We can see- I smile and make my way to Mer's house, on the road I buy some snacks and a bottle of wine 

We arrive and Amelia opens the door

-Hello Sofi! Zola is waiting at the living room, we're planning to watch a movie- my daughter runs inside and I take a moment to look at Amelia she's wearing a black dress with a pair of sneakers, I look at her mesmerized 

-Wearing heels is tiring- she pouts

-You look amazing Amelia

-Well you don't look bad- she laughs- come in, I'm gonna change something comfy 

-Wait- I hold her arm- I have two options for you... - she looks at me confused- stay with that dress cause believe me, you look amazing 

-Thanks... And the other option is...

-Take me with you and let me watch you change- I smirk knowing she'd choose the first one since we're taking this slow and step by step 

-Fine... I'll stay with the dress- she roll her eyes playfully- but with a condition

-What is it babe?- I said placing a kiss on her nose 

-You have to hug me, otherwise I'll be be cold

-I was planning to do that anyways- I laugh and we go to the living room
