Amelia's pov:
We go to the living room and find Sofia and Zola choosing a Disney movie

-We're here!- I yelle sitting on the couch, Arizona sits next to me and hug me 

-I should get a blanket- she says looking around 

-Hey you two!- Meredith walks into the room, Arizona gets scared and moves away- I thought you were going on a date 

-Yeah... Not anymore, Sofia is here

-I see... But you can still going- Mer says sitting next to me

-Sofia was supposed to be with Callie and I can't let her alone- I can tell she's nervous 

-Arizona you're my friend tho, you can go and I'll stay with them- Arizona looks at Meredith clearly surprised 

-I... You sure? I mean...in court you said... 

-Arizona it's okay!- Mer smiles- Alex is coming with Jo, the kids are fine with us 

-Okay then- she looks at me smiling- we're going on a date tonight! 

-Yup- I giggle- Let me change my shoes- I get up but she grabbed my hand 

-You don't need to change anything, you look beautiful- I blushe and we walk outside the house
-Where are we going?- I ask curious

-You'll see, don't be impatient babe- she laughs, we drive for about 20 minutes until we get to a restaurant in front of the beach

-Zona this is amazing!- I say walking into the restaurant, our table has a great view 

-I wanted it to be special...- she holds my hand over the table- Amelia Shepherd you deserve this and more! You're so kind and funny and you're always there for me and I'm so grateful for that!
At that moment tears start filling my eyes, the way she talks about me, I'm falling for her more than I thought 

A moment later we order and talk about our day at the hospital and some patients

-You know we should do this more often- I smile- You look stunning in that dress 

-Thank you, so you do- we look into each other's eyes until the waiter comes
We finish our food and decide to take a walk

-I love the sound of the sea... So peaceful- I whisper sitting next to her and resting my head on her shoulder 

-It reminds me of you- Zona adds 

-How's that?- I ask confused

-As you said is peaceful, since the day I met you, everytime I look at you I feel safe and peace... You're my safest place- I smile and take her hand in mine 

-You're mine too 

We keep there for like an hour, there was no words needed, we find calm in each other 

-I wanna do it right with you...- she whisperers- all my relationships have failed but with you... I want everything with you 

-It's okay Zona, we're taking our time- I look at her- there's no hurry, okay?

-Okay...- she says placing a kiss on my forehead- I think we should go back 

-Yeah, let's go- I stand up and help her, all the way home we were holding hands, when we arrive I stopped her at the porch 

-What's wrong?- she says confused 

-Nothing- I giggled- I wanna say thanks for this amazing night, it was the best date I've ever had- she smiles and walked closer to me, our faces just inches apart 

-You made it perfect- she kisses me softly, I know we kissed before but this was different, it was special 

-I though you said I had to ask you to be my girlfriend so I can kiss you- she laughs

-Well a kiss in our first date is not bad but if you prefer no kisses- she says shrugging shoulders and walking into the house

-No! Wait wait!- I grab her hand and put her closer to me- I'm perfectly fine with them
I kiss her one more time before walking into the house, we find Alex, Meredith and Jo drinking on the kitchen 

-You're here!- Mer said offering us a drink 

-Finally a date!- Alex says- you were taking so long!- we laugh

-Where are the kids?- Zona asks sitting next to me 

-They're sleeping at Zola's room- Zona nods and starts drinking 

After an hour we're tired so we decide to go to bed 

-I guess you're stuck with me tonight- I giggled

-I love being stuck with you- she pecks my lips- do you have some clothes I can use? 

-Yes- I take a top and a short from my closet and give them to her- you're changing in front of me?- I smirk 

-Nothing you haven't seen- she laughs and starts taking off her clothes, I stared at her beautiful body, she's perfect! I've seen her completely naked before but still get mesmerized by her beauty

I guess I was staring so long cause I go back to reality and she is clothed again. When I change I feel her staring so I do it slow and walked around the room in nothing but my underwear, what can I say? I like to tease her

We go to bed and cuddle together, falling sleep in each other's arms
