" Thankyou for letting me say goodbye for the last time "  Davina voiced looking at the handsome dark lord . The man was all busy mixing sugar cubes in his tea cup

" needless... so what are your plans now that you're dead? " The man asked , his eyes were still on the cup + plate in front of him. 

"uhm...  aren't there options like hell or heaven ?  "

"that's for humans "  he replied nonchalantly.

"don't i get to meet moon goddess and tell her how much i hate for the fate she has given me? " Davina retorded immediately 

' god or not.  i am gonna kill her the moment i see her.  ' she murmured to herself softly

"uhmm... about that i brought your soul.  so directly am your lord now?  " he replied and at that moment she continued wear one can see the hint of devil in his eyes. 

"brought my soul ??? was my soul on sale in some cheap market? " 

" no dummy . i don't need to give you any details.  "

Davina groaned angrily on his statement.  her thin line of patience was getting tested by this man in front of him. 

" and why did you even brought me at first place? " 

"because i need a servant!  ". he said as his lips softly curved up in a deadly but mischievous smirk. 

" Serva-SERVANT ? do i look like one?  " the girl almost shouted as her eyes widened with shock that came with his words.

"will train you!  "

" do i look like a pet ?"

"that can be a good option too "

" you are forgetting that i am dead person "

" you are an immortal now!  don't you remember you own a little fraction of my power? "

she looked at him in shock ,   she could swear that this man in front of her was lacking something very important (i.e brain)  . according to her, he was making no sense ,   who even made him the lord at first place?  ...

" bribe.  "  Daeliah replied

" you are alive.  for god sake you are fucking alive. are you okay daeliah.  i am so sorry i am such a clumsy human.  i couldn't protect yo-"

"breathe...  yes i am alive because we are immortal now.  thanks to the brainless devil in front of us "   she replied. 

" i can hear you both. can you not insult me sitting in front of me. " The man in front of her spoke again interrupting the melo reunion. 

" if i am an immortal.  can't i go back to him,  to alex?  " Davina asked , her eyes were now fixed on the ground,  not daring to look at him .

"go ahead.  if you want him dead " . there was a himt of disappointment in his voice.

"what do you mean by that "  Davina's words sounded more like a harmless threat to him.

" moon goddess writes the fate of wolves and according to what she wrote. his fate doesn't contain you anymore. your involvement will only create chaos in wolf world . if you will try fighting her by going against her , she will end it from where it started. that is him .  " 

" Then why?  why did you saved me? " She argued as her vision got blury,  tears threatening to flow .

" because i wanted you to live for god sake.  live for yourself. " he said looking at her .

his face was dark and deep voice emotionless .  it scared Davina to the core, how can someone be so empty and void. 

" what about him? "

" he will get another chance for a mate  " The man replied.

"what is it that you always wanted to do ?" he asked again but this time their was a hint of curiosity and excitement in his eyes. she couldn't understand how can someone change within blink of an eye.

one moment he is warm and the other,  ice cold. 

"i know you are upto something. so,  what's the starting and ending point?  " daeliah asked.
