Dinner Date?

Paras goes to his office deciding how to talk to jiya about the marriage.
On the other hand jiya was telling vansh and shrishti every thing that happened to her.
Vansh: see mujhe pata tha. Dinner wali raat hi dikh gaya tha ke something was wrong.
Shrishti: like just how dare he do this. I swear main na Uski jaan le lungi.
Jiya: guys mujhe itna weak samjha hai kya. Let me handle this. I M strong.
Vansh: fine but koi problem hui to...
Jiya: sabse pehle tumhe call karungi. Promise.
Vansh: good girl.
Jiya: ye chapter to close ho gaya but vansh tumhare aur ishu ke beech...?
Vansh: wh... what? Nothing. (his face becomes flushed and red due to jiya's question)
Jiya: hmm that is visible.
They talk a little more and leave.
At night when paras returns it was only jiya and him on the dining table as aarohi had her food early and was asleep.
Paras: (clearing his throat) actually I wanted to say something.
Jiya: hmm.
Paras: I-actually main wo... I...
Jiya: just say it na.
Paras: actually Ilsamwusorry.
Jiya: what did you just say? Aisa kya hai jo tumhe nervous kar raha hai? What the hell did you say? Ek cheez samajh nahi aayi.
Paras: I was saying that I was... Sorry!
Jiya: (staring him as if he was alien) did you just apologise?
Paras: listen I know ke main tumhare saath bahot bura behave kar raha tha but uska reason hai... I have a past jisne mujhe aisa banaya. I thought tum bhi bas gold digger ho and sirf act play kar rahi ho... But I realised ke tum Sach mein efforts daal rahi ho humari shaadi mein so main bhi humare parents aur aarohi ke liye koshish karna chahta hun. So I was thinking that agar tum kal mere saath kind of dinner par chalo you know taki hum thoda ek dusre ko jaane aur ek new start kare?
Jiya: OK I understand ke tumhare past ne tumhe affect kiya but I can assure ke I'll never try to hurt you or your family. And yes I'll be there with you for the dinner.
Paras: correction, not my family... its our family.
Jiya: yaa our family.
Paras: ahm... One more thing... If you don't mind... Kya tum mere saath humare room mein rahogi?
Jiya: OK. Kal dinner ke baad main apna saaman shift kar lungi.
Paras: thanks.
They have their dinner and sleep.
